What Would The Digimon Frontier Spirit ROOKIE Forms Be? 

Actually Tinkermon does evolve into fairymon it is in one of the office games but it is a secret playable one.

I am working on a fanfiction where Zoe has a battle and discover a Digimon that has an ability to turn them into digieggs. To get the ability to change back to human she has to digievolve past mega. Two of the 01 characters get trapped in the digital world. Can you guess who?

I personally think Mirrormon would be a better rookie for Mercurymon, but then I remembered Mirrormon is an Appmon, and isn't bipedal. I just wish Mirrormon was in more stuff cuz I love the little guy.

Considering that takuya had agunimon and 3 other forms wouldn't that make his human spirit and the others rookies because the emperor greymon form is just a regular mega level digimon from what I've seen and looked up so far????!!!!

Definitely and if the tri treatment of the other members having a role to play later happens. Then the depowered part can come with a darkest hour moment like takuya and they come back stronger maybe with a mega form so all the team has megas and can fight.

i think rather than a tri treatment, i would want a movie like x evolution, where we see the story of the original 10 from their childhood/rookie level, as some sort of a childhood friends or children in the neighborhood vibes, grow up to saving the world.

Originally that was basically the plot! It was an arena championship season and Takuya and Flamon would biomerge to fight

I could also see it working with the human chosen children waking up in the digital world just to realize that they became the Digimon (in their rookie forms initially), in a sort of Pokemon mystery dungeon way

Or make the Beast Spirits the Partner forms, then combine to create the likes of Alda/Beowolf.

To be honest when we saw the remaining 4 children (Tommy classmate/friends/bullies) who are stuck in digimon world while angemom protecting them They will received the 4 remaining digimon spirit to complete the 10..

For me Icemon was always a viable choice for Frigimon/Kumamon rookies

Impmon's definitely not bad, I didn't really want to use a prominent anime character but it's not bad. It doesn't have any bestial elements or the Diaboromon similarity/eyes of Duskmon but it's not a terrible pick :)

About that, I think that if Appmon is not forgotten and deleted from our minds already, Mirrormon would be the perfect pick (it is based on AncientWisemon as a sort of lower form) As someone said, Duskmon is great with Darcmon, and I rly like Bakomon as the rookie form of Arbomon (even in the card game they are in the same line, someway, and have the same "vibe")

Weren't KaiserGreymon & MagnaGarurumon created by stealing everyone else's spirits? They aren't exactly fair to have as Stage 6 like the Ancient Digimon are because of them being forms that only 2 of them can reach. Also I know exactly what you mean by the Hybrids shifting between Stage 5 & Stage 6. Your choice of making both Human & Beast Spirits Stage 4 makes the choices of Season 4 much more painful as it would mean only Takuya & Koji got forms past Adult/Champion. Digimon Frontier was really the most unbalanced season for Digimon.

@@Karn_EX Alright, so 100% agreed KoKabuterimon and Tinkermon; I had settled on them for Beetlemon and Kazemon, too. For Kumamon, I was considering just repurposing Bucchiemon Green (bet you're thrilled to see that name 😂) into a Rookie for him cuz they look a lot alike. Plus, Bucchiemon Green is pointless to the extreme otherwise; it has the exact same look, feel, type, element, classification and evolutionary line as Bucchiemon. It literally offers nothing other than just be Bucchiemon but Green. If it were an Ice element Rookie, though? It would be a very nice fit for Kumamon then. I do like your pick, though, it makes a lot of sense and it helps justify why Tommy's fusion is Daipenmon. I got stuck trying to think who could be a Rookie for either Duskmon or Lowemon, so I have no alternatives to suggest here. I think your picks make sense and I like them, though I do feel there could be better options. Also, OMG, YOU'RE RIGHT. Jellymon is perfect for Ranamon! Did not know Monitormon was a Digimon that existed, but I think he's a perfect fit for... the mirror dude, forgot his name. 😂 In any case, I had nothing for him, so I'm glad to have an answer for that one now! And yes, I agree with Mushroomon and Goblinmon for the other two!

if it weren't a Perfect level, Atajarimon would be perfect as a hybrid of Arbormon and Petaldramon

If he did look like that while they fought together, I would picture him as the least Morally good out of them since In lore, Sephirothmon is a Emotionless machine that's able to analyze their enemies pretty Quickly.

I believe I've heard that one of the directors confirmed that the Spirits of Darkness were the only ones to be corrupted enough to change them

Only the Darkness Spirits were Physically Corrupted, with the others serving Cherubimon being in their normal forms.

@@Karn_EX what bugs me though is how flamemon did get screen time before strabimon though I can also totally see tinkermon with flame and strabi as a three mon squad to put a spin on a naruto term since that concept had two males, strabimon and flamemon in this aspect, and a female with tinkermon being the female since the bulk of the squads are more often two males and a female for the bulk of the naruto series
