My ex broke up with me in July we where Together 8 years and it’s been the hardest pain I’ve ever endured other then losing a family member I fight in my head if I would go back or not but I know too much damage is done pray for me and anyone suffering 🙏🏻❤️

Damien: my heart goes out to you. Rejection after riding the approval roller coaster really can prove to be MASSIVELY agonizing. I know words can be cheap and Cliche, but I’m going to type it anyway. Time heals all wounds. This too shall pass. Plenty of fish in the sea. Did you know that if only 1% of the worlds population was attracted to you, that would be 78,380,000 people? Chin up my guy. The advice feels all over the place...on one end you say don't do no contact on the other end you say to let go and give them space.. that's exactly what no contact is !

I went through similar. Found the one, the love of my life, my one and only. So I thought. Then she broke up with me due to poor communication and misunderstanding. Out of the blue. Didn't even know the "real" reason until many months later. She thought I cheated on her, which I didn't, and had no intention of ever doing, but now I know its a good idea to talk with your partner about this, how they define cheating. I always had hope that things would turn around, and we would work things out, and I tried very hard to. Like, how could someone throw all that away? But I feel like i never got a "real" chance with her again, only enough to tease me into thinking so. As she never wanted to see me in person. I tried everything, so i had to let go. I was pining for 3 years! I was in limerence, I know that now, and a lot more about myself, but I absolutely still love her and always will. Im just not as emotionally attached, fixated, not feeding into that love, she can live her life as she wants. I'm still not attracted to anyone else as i wad with her, bc I haven't connected with anyone im truly attracted to, but at least im appreciating single life again, know a lot more about relationships, red flags and such, and can hang out and date women again. I even hung out with her once since I let go, and I had a great time just goofing off with her at the bar, but she has had a committed partner now, so I def cant expect anything anyways.

My ex broke up with me in early August and got with a new girlfriend within a matter of days. He was honest with me about it. I have suffered and still am. This past week has felt slightly easier. I don't want to say I'm fully healed because I'm not. And I've still had my bad moments. But I can bring myself out of them much easier. I can distract and focus on other things better. He is still with her. They're clearly going strong. And I know it is time for me to forget about him and move on, as much as that hurts.

My ex broke up with me because I am a mess. I have a lot of trama and I love hard but I often struggle to love myself. I didn’t know that the way I would talk about myself around her would effect her mindset as well. She broke up with me because she wanted me to work on myself. I started to go to the gym and go to therapy. Now she contacts me and tells me to come over and I do. We make love still and she cry’s in front of me when explaining her emotions. I feel like I’m slowing her down or holding her back. She deserves a guy who has it all figured out. I want to let her go but I feel she is having a hard time moving on. It’s the honorable thing to do since there is no time limit to when I could get better. I feel selfish for going to her home everytime she ask me to.

Situations are not the same,some of you were in extremely toxic relationships, and no matter how much your ex misses you,they will hold on to their peace and not return to you....if there was emotional or even physical abuse as well

I think that the main "mistake" that I made was that I was letting him know that yet another one of his 'mates' has been trying to hit on me (I think it's the third). When he asked if I had screen shots to prove it, I did send him those to prove it.

My ex’s last rebound relationship ended after 1 year, and then she was crying messaging me telling me how she was so hurt and she hurt him. And yes I watched all your previous videos. She was in a rebound relationship because never took time to actually heal. But now after talking to me and then it again ended bad she got into a brand new one super quickly.

Interesting what you mentioned about other adveises, which I have not heard yet about these games, are man tend to do this? I can not decide if I have this case right now or not. It's been a year. I kinda moved on. Met her in a party she wouldn't even say hi but she knew I'm there. Small place so when I passed by I behaved normal and said hi as every normal person would do and she replied hi back. Why would she behave like this? Good video, my EX broke up with me (5 years relationship) and she jumped into another relationship 6 days after ! Her new relationship is going so so FAST !! she is already sending nudes, and doing things that took us months or years to do. Her new BF is rejecting her a little bit which pushes her to reach out to him and initiate the conversations each time ! I feel that she is setting her self to an explosive shock and dissapointment / trauma. I'm sure 100% that i don't want to get her back, but i feel a little bit obligated to advice her (her parents were very good and kind to me) but in the same time i'm afraid that she will think that i'm jealous or don't want her to be happy. What do you think ? Thank you

I don"t know why but this feelings of "obligation to advice her" and "fear that she will be abused" are invading my mind and pushes me to tell her; despite the fact that she broke up with me and chose another person (which doesn't affects me in any shape or form).

Happend the same with my ex, he asked me questions what to do with the new girl because she isnt responding even sometimes in 2 days... after 2 months he broke up with her and almost had a nervos break down, I came back together with him... 1,5 month later, which is now, he left me again, just he can do dating.

Don’t do it! Let her learn her life lessons on her own. You helping her is just making it easier for her to find someone after this guy leaves while you’re doing the work. Plus she won’t respect u, and that’s actually more important than love. She has to feel your absence completely
