Renault R-35: you are a masochist Bonus tips: Jumbo has 2 main weakness, first the hull MG port that everyone know about, second it's lower side armor behind the track is surprisingly weak only 38 mm thick. Now this how you exploit it, most Jumbo player aware of the MG port so they'll angle themself to make it harder to hit but this expose the weak lower side armor and that is where you should aim for, most gun at it's br can pen it at quite steep angle especially russian gun
@@bfmv-thepoison1347 pretty much, but most cases I just leave yhe vehicle after I get shot at that spot. I know what will happen next, so better get it over with. Hence why I also hate jumbos to the core. I'd rather die a fast one vs a m18, rather than have to wait with a jumbo. So yeah, fuk em. And I ain't gonna go near em unless I use a panther that pens their front like a mofo
unless you play a panther, then just disable the gun, get close then shred the frontal armor with your shell, hell it even go through the mantlet at close ranges
Playing 6.0 to 7.7 Germany is funny af when you can't tell if that's an American Bulldog or German Bulldog. Then sigh happily when remember after 6.3 Germans are on your side.
For those who dont understand why T means Czechoslavakia, its because in German its Tschechoslowakei, and all the other vehicles with a letter like thst in the end are the same, fun that they put R for Russia, even if it was Soviet Union at the time
R for Russland cause the country was still called russia. Soviet union was the name of the collective as a whole. The eastern block technically didnt "belong" to russia. It was all governt under the same system hence the union in soviet union.
@@LocalDeepstateAgent Yeah, they didn't "belong" to Russia... but when Czechoslovakia and Hungary tried to reform without Russia's permission (not even talking about ditching Socialism/Communism yet) to not be quite as much Russian puppets, Russia went in and crushed protesters with tanks. Like many things the USSR put on official paper to pretend it wasn't the imperialist hegemon of the Eastern Bloc, those "technicalities" were outrageous lies that they ignored the second it became politically inconvenient for them.
@@LocalDeepstateAgentSoviet Union was the country, within it were several Soviet Republics. The 'Eastern Bloc' is a completely separate thing which came about *after* WW2 and refers to the USSR and it's allies in Eastern Europe. The country was not called Soviet Russia anymore.
As a current tiger II and tiger I one player I can confirm that most tiger players at 6.7 complain that they can't kill anyone but they don't realize that all you need to do is wiggle your turret and for the tiger I angle your armor 30 to 40 degrees and you'll bounce most shells
With the Tiger II armor is not much of a problem if you know what you’re doing. As a Tiger II player also the only real problem is getting up-tiered and open maps for me at least
All I can say is you're clearly lucky in the amount of modern shells you're facing. I am not. Turret wiggling doesn't stop an heatfs that goes right through your angled frontal hull plane
Archer hits different, I've been taking it to 7.0 for so long it feels weird to play it at it's actual BR, penning Tigers feels underwhelming when you're used to one shotting Leopards frontally
Another great video. All those jokes were on point and accurate, especially the Soviet and German tank jokes. And those rioting fan bits were amusing. Plus, how the fuck do you kill a Sherman Jumbo? And the Sturmpanzer is the best tank in the game, literally the closet you can get to the Karl in WT. And I agree, the BT-42 needs to be added in all tank games that lack it. Justice for Anchovy and the P40. And just no for the I-Go Ko bit.
If you’re in a vehicle with more than 160mm of shell pen, you can kill it by shooting that flat bit of the turret *under* the mantlet Only works in CQB though
For those of you who don't know how to actually take down an M4A3E2 Sherman jumbo, aim for the machine gun port in the lower upper front plate of the hull, it'll be below the gun just to the bottom left. You can also punish people even on slight angles as you can surprisingly penetrate it through the side (where the track is), the armor there is quite susceptible to a good old pzgr shell, so if you see a jumbo angled even the slightest bit, don't be afraid to try penetrate that side behind the track 😉 (hope I explained this alright lol)
Most of the times I shoot at the mg port, the small random dispersion makes me not hit the actual mg port, but the hull around it instead. Shooting the bottom sides even at high angles is way more consistent for my experience.
Thats the most commonly known information on the planet. Your average tiger player is borderline mentally retarded though, so their gonna still complain about other nations actually standing a chance
I love the Ho-Ro. Like the Japanese low tier is kinda garbage, and then there's suddenly this one tank that can pen a maus. At BR 1.0. It's absolutely silly.
Also the advantage of it is that it's universally balanced. In every tier it will get killed by anything, and in any tier it can kill anything, it's the ultimate glass cannon.
The Germans have one as well, the sturmpanzer 2. (Surprisingly, the Italians only have the lancia 3RO, but they also have the spaghetti gunship so it balances out)
Im a pretty good player in WT and i tell you, the Tiger II (H) is so painful to play. Always 7.0-7.3 uptiers and getting dunked on by anything with a 122mm 😂
Ikr! I get uptiered every fucking match. To be fair I don’t know the exact weakspots of the American t26 and m26 but when I get uptiered I legit cant do shit to them. It’s painful
I really don't understand why people have difficulty playing the Tiger 2 in uptiers, just bring the Lekpz M41 and Jpz45 for your first and second spawn to gain SP. After that spawn in your heavies as most of your enemies would've used their HEATFS tanks. 122mm shells aren't any threat just wiggle your turret. Most American heavies can be penned at UFP or MG port Source: Currently at Germany 6.7 with 1.5 KD in thunderskill, not good but at least it's not bad either
As a Somua S35 main, i know the feeling, but hey, after learning how to angle the damn thing killing 7 guys in 1 match is actually the norm after a while.
S.35 - You actually spent time looking at the tank and figured out that it's pretty good if you always angle your left side towards the enemy and keep the right side the fuck away from their guns.
That bt-7 one hit too close to home. I was looking so hard for a 42 but when I found the cc I was like "close enough. At least I have Anzio....sorta" Also where is everyone finding these gup spinoffs that are not the official spinoffs. Like that I -go one
@@HighestMetal I wish I hadn't seen the previous comment before yours. I did a couple days ago and though it had good world building my mind is actively purging it from my memory
2:42 yeep, that's me. I used to hate this tank when I first got it, now I fuckin' love it! How can this moving tin can take and deflect so many shells it is beyond me, probably because it's historically classified as a heavy tank. Still can't pen shit tho...
I love my TAMs squad. Idk, despite having literally no armor and only one having thermals, it's fast, absolutely monster gun + 'Gotta get them spot assists'
I actually don’t know if I have a favorite tank, I like some like the ZIS-12 (94-KM) cause it’s cancer, you just go where nobody goes to just flank the enemy team, as you shred their side armor with your two 25mm canon Edit: I am not very advanced in any tree, I just change nations like every month
Tortoise. "You like to use the big gun to kill enemies, but your armour gets penned easily by cold-war tanks. Hey, at least it has good reverse speed."
ngl I would pay a hundred euros for the BT-42, not because of the certain drawn animation which might include female characters and tanks, but because I have actually seen the tank in real life.
The maus: you like shitting on people in your BR and lower, until, like every other powerful tank, you get uptier'd, and... surprisingly live, until you're uptier'd again, then you're fucked
02:00 No i mean for real, when Im using Panther A (concerned most) its not that easy to get cheap kills since M18, Bulldogs and Other LTs just murdered all of my team in first 5 minutes. Then when Im using Tiger I E (tbh, Tiger 1s isnt my very concerning tank. My favorite is Panthers), its like entire enemy team just a braindead plebs they cant figured when Im angling my Tiger, then manage to get 6-8 kills and carry the team. Its not because i think Im Michael, its the freakin situation that makes it real kekw.
The I-GO KO is actually a low tier heavy tank. I stared at it from behind and realized "Wow. This is really sloped and this a big engine infront of the crew..wait.." so now I drive forward to the front line then turn around and drive it backwards. No joke, it works. It actually works. Bouncing cannons and machine guns is crazy.
The m4a5 ram II after the volume metric update is one of my favorite tanks(and not just b/c I am Canadian) , b/c it bounces so much stuff it really shouldn't. I like to take it in to higher BRs and bounce 88mm.
Strv 81 rb52 (British tree) It can hold its own in 8.3 games or even a 7.7 British lineup, and the missiles are just so much fun to use. Also premium it accounts for like 3/4 of all the sl I've ever earnt
To put in simply, it's just not what the community would like to see considering GuP is pretty much an innocent show, whereas the comic in question is the literal opposite. Essentially, people love the characters in the series and movies, so of course seeing them die excruciating deaths would garner some negative thoughts from the community in response.
@@Kosmo2 Negated by the fact that it's 5.7, so you regularly meet T-34-85's that cancel out your armor, especially that VERY weak side, and the Solid Shot sucks compared to the Challenger so you need to aim even on sideshots (It used to have a higher B.R than the Comet, but don't let Gaijin hear that)
@@Edo_Ginting Yes indeed, the challenger is better in some ways but I just find it frustrating to play sometimes, the comet is my most played tank and I think it's just because it does pretty well in almost everything (expect for reload and reverse), so that lower profile, almost same pen as the challenger, mantlet that is very tricky and can stack some good 200mm at certain points and good speed kinda makes it for me, it's harder to spot than the challenger, can survive a shoot sometimes and that makes it for me, but I can understand why like the challenger more, I also love it a lot, the reload and turret traverse is just great, possibly one of the best (if not the best at that br). But the comet, that thing just has a special place with me.
1:49 I fought against it, when in my opinion, the mg port is easy enough, and with panthers you can just shoot almost wherever you want to on the hull. And the optics on the turret mantlet.
