I got his book as soon as it came out. Great read! You really can understand what was going on in his mind and the reason he made such a huge sacrifice. It really makes a lot of sense once you read it

I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FASCINATED BY EDWARD SNOWDEN. My armchair interest in Snowden got me surveiled. I think he was a good guy that gave up everything to go whistle-blower. I think he is brilliant, but sadly sits in exile in Russia. Everything he warned us of has come true.

I will never forget this American hero, unlike the government which suddenly forgot about him and Jullian. He has done more then any politician. May he be well and living a great life as he would want for others.

"I NO LONGER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENS TOMORROW BECAUSE I’M HAPPY WITH WHAT I’VE DONE TODAY" was the last thing Snowden said in the 2016 movie bearing his name. The irony in this statement is that Snowden has violated this ideology regarding information that he has that he's intended to show the world since at least 2016 which would show that the 9/11 truth movement was right all along. It was brought up in a conference I was at in June 2016 where several presenters said that Snowden does in fact have such documents which would validate 9/11 truth once and for all. When I ran into the leader of this conference at the LA Conscious Life Expo in 2018 and asked him why Snowden has not made good on his intentions to show these documents to the whole world which would prove 9/11=INSIDE JOB, I was told it was because criminal elements within government threatened Snowden and said they would murder lots of innocent common people if he exposed the documents. But looking at the above quote that Snowden made, one would think Snowden would NEVER give in to such threats and would release the 9/11 related documents anyway. Alas, that has not happened. So does this mean we should criticize Snowden and tell him, "Look bub, in this world of 'what have you done for me lately' you need to not give in to threats and you need to expose those 9/11 truth validating documents to throw a monkeywrench into tyranny and speed up the liberation of humanity!" And to all those people who are reading this who say, "Snowden can't release those documents. Tons of people will die if he does!" I have a response...... SO WHAT IF THE GOVERNMENT KILLS PEOPLE CUZ SNOWDEN EXPOSES THOSE DOCUMENTS!!! Not only is it a sacrifice worth making for the sake of stopping tyranny, it is also a fact that the government would create enormous KARMA for themselves if they actually made good on such threats. Such karma would only speed up the downfall of evil in government and the liberation of humanity. And once again, if Snowden truly believes his above quote, then he would only feel people dying as a result of exposing 9/11 is a SACRIFICE WORTH MAKING!

I think tech for data collection would obviously bow be more advanced. I think there are certain things civilians shouldnt know. Just as a doctor knows lots of information about you and your person that can be used against you, the government has an obligatory responsibility to protect our country and its secrets. We learned what can happen when we sit around on our thumbs and do not collect surveillance. Any common person should be able to respect not knowing. (Your dentist can tell exactly what you do just by looking at your mouth for a few moments. So can your doctor. They dont tell you this information. "Oh, so I see you've been sucking ××××!"

You missed the most important recent development. Right before invasion of ukraine, his last twitter post said russia would never invade ukraine. After the invasion started, Snowden disappeared for months.

Edward Snowden is an international hero. He symbolizes honesty in the fight for justice. He has a wonderful faithful wife and they deserve a happy life in beautiful Russia. Only Russia is strong enough to defend the truth.
