Whats new from ALPHA RF Systems 

It is now the middle of 2021 and no sight of the Alpha 4040 tuner. Over 15 years in development and never to be seen.

I like this guy. I’m glad he owns Alpha now. Gives me some hope my 9500 will have a support lifecycle for some years to come.

I like the owners philosophy. That is the largest tuner I have ever seen. Wish I could afford those amps. Need to start saving for an amp as my next shack upgrade.

I really like this company, and the philosophy of the owner. Yes, it is too expensive for me, but if I could afford their products I would definitely purchase theirs. I really like the idea of getting children involved by offering low priced QRP products. I only wish that had been a way for me travel the path to HAM radio back in the day. I had an aversion to learning Morse, which kept me from getting into HAM radio and still have it today...albeit after learning to read/tx at about 10-12 wpm back in the 70's. I lost my job, joined the Army and studied digital electronics for the longest time...before it caught on in civilian use. Then it was all classified, and I would have gone to jail for 10 yrs, and had up to at $10,000.00 fine for divulging any of what I had learned-my specific area of expertise was crypto voice communications. Somewhere during all this I had lost my fire for HAM radio...sigh. I am now limited in my mobility and am trying desperately to get some of my old interests back so I don't just sit back and wait to die. I need to have some passion in my life like my old hobbies if nothing else, plus adding a few new ones...like making my own wine...which I call hooch much to my remaining family's disgust...lol. You can tell I am an old guy by my rambling on about nothing in particular...lol

Nice amplifiers, but I prefer the Acom amplifier line.
