The person who raped and murdered this lady lived in a storage unit his father rented that was directly across from hers. No one is supposed to live in any of the units per their policy, but the company neglected to see that one of their units had someone living in it (or never bothered to kicked him out) despite the fact the guy had even received personal mail delivered to the unit. Had they had proper security measures in place to ensure the safety of their tenants and made sure no one was living in any of the units, they may have never crossed paths and she wouldn't have been raped and murdered.

The same homeless man who raped and killed that lady. Do you not get that had this man not lived in the unit that they probably would have never crossed paths?
