@@GabrielTheExplorer254 An example I heard in school is that if someone robs a bank and a cop dies in a car accident on the way to that bank robbery it could be considering felony murder. In this case it's great but it's got a load of other really strange messed up cases related to it, I can't find it from a quick search but there was a case where a mans house was being raided and a SWAT dude accidentally pulled the trigger on his 12 gauge in front of his partners head while breaching the door. Dude in house was charged with murder because officer butterfingers was on the job.

I bet you buy every load of bs you’re fed too if you believe that any person actually has the ability to tell things “exactly as they happened”. Humans really aren’t capable of that, every person perceives things slightly different than they actually happened-even when being “totally honest”. People being honest/truthful doesn’t necessarily mean what they say is always based in fact, it simply means no intention to deceive. If someone tells you they sincerely believe they saw God, doesn’t mean they’re being dishonest-but if you think a man physically floated down then you’re way off base.

Tattoos are fine, just get to know what they mean. Like the detective said, each tattoo was to match his parents. The girl had a broken heart which could very well be a gang tattoo. There was an episode on a police show that i remember, a cop pulled over a man who they knew but they had a new officer with them who they let run the stop, the man noticed the tear drop tattoo that the man had on his cheek and it was revealed to him that every ONE tear drop represents one kill. Meaning that he was talking with a man who had killed someone in his past. It is always good to know the common meanings.

I really like the way the police remained calm as they questioned him. His story was detailed, but he didn’t talk too much, like liars often do. He stayed on topic, didn’t try to deflect their questions. He kept the story in first person, “I did this. I thought this.” Those are characteristics of someone who is telling the truth. These cops did a terrific job of investigating the entire situation instead of just taking the young lady’s word. I’m thankful things turned out in this young man’s favor.

I haven't seen it all yet, but in many (maybe most) states, you can be charged with felony-murder, which means that a killing occurred while you were committing a felony other than murder (rape, robbery, child abuse, burglary, etc.), even if the prosecutor can't show you had the necessary (guilty mindset) needed for an independent murder conviction. For example, you intend to commit robbery, but someone gets killed, maybe because your accomplice in the robbery brought a gun along, even if you didn't know about it. In most states that have the felony-murder rule, you can be charged with felony-murder even if the killing was done by your accomplice in the underlying felony, possibly even after you have been arrested and are sitting in the back of the patrol car. (Some states rule that if the killing is committed by your accomplice after you personally have been apprehended, you cannot be charged with felony-murder for that killing.) In many states that have the felony-murder rule, there is a limitation that prevents you from being charged with felony-murder if the death is the death of your accomplice at the hands of an adversary (like the police shoot your accomplice, or the victim shoots your accomplice), for the reason that you and the adversary don't share a criminal purpose the way that you and your accomplice do. But some states WILL allow felony-murder charges for the death of an accomplice at the hands of an adversary, which it sounds from your comment like that's what happened here. Makes sense to me in circumstances like this.

@infinitefiresflyinghigh7294 10 месяцев назад
@@disbelief3911 it's a while ago I've seen this case, and today just read the comments here, but I strongly believe he met up with these girls and had murder on his mind before meeting them because of their political preferences. His story is very inconsistent. He has zero respect for the women he just shot (waaaaaay too many times to defend yourself) you can for example see that because he calls them tatface and yellow hoodie. He was btw never hit by a hammer since he doesnt have a scratch on him, so he defended himself against 2 girls, it became so dangerous for him that he had to shoot them about 7 times or so!? Yet he doesn't have a scratch.. (Only in America you get away with such story). The girl on the other hand does speak the truth, because she doesn't paint herself off as if being a saint. Plus, the gun he talks about the girls would have had never been found. How is a dead girl and a highly injured girl gonna hide a gun so far away that it was never found? No, i will watch this video again now, but I am pretty sure he went out that night with murder on his mind. He had a lot of luck that he wasn't properly interrogated. Plus, he had a car he could've just driven off. And even if these girls meant to rob him, then the girl who is still alive should be behind bars for that and not for the murder on her friend who she surely didn't try to kill. Im watching now: girls who ask what year what make what model about a car?! Unlikely. The way he goes in detail about the food order, but fails to detail the important stuff. He has like many murderers have foresight, he says "my heart sank, because i already felt that what happened was gonna happen" classical for murderers because they wanna look smarter than they are. While we have to believe a gun is pointed to his face, he starts a vistfight with the girl. How often he says "i dont know what exactly happened" he is in the car next moment he is out then in again then out again. There are gaps in his story and zero consistency. She wants to get her stuff, shoes it whatever and he makes a gun out of it. So all this time he has a gun in his hand and they don't according to his own story, its an idea he has. Then he comes up with a story about them having other people backing them up, but forgets to mention it when telling this weird story. For all people claiming he is a hero or innocent, try to tell me his story again. You can't so full of gaps and lies it is. He could've pointed his gun to them, get in his car and drive off. But he didn't, because he came there to kill. And he doesn't ask how the girls he just shot are doing. I would. Wouldn't you?
