When a Zero to Hero Hits 300+ This is the Lobby | Bard Gameplay and Commentary | Dark and Darker

Hey guys,
Today we're continuing our Zero to Hero Journey in Dark and Darker on our Bard. We only played one game in this video, in the Howling Crypts, and the entire lobby was full of geared players. Being just barely over 300 gear score, we have a "chance" to take them down, but all in all, I'm mostly just planning to continue increasing the gear that we get. BUT, there was a Barbarian in the lobby with a Stinky Stick (Artifact), that was 100% worth attempting to fight if we got the chance to. The most important thing is to continue getting geared, and if we run into him, our Bard will hopefully be ready to handle the bonks. That pedestal will always spawn a lockpick and a very low chance of a skull key, you just missed the lockpick you can see it while you are looting the chests.

Hey Delt, You've influenced the way i play alot on bard. Never quite knew how to transition from a rogue main to something else till a few months ago when i first discovered your videos. From the way you organize your instruments to where you put your potions and bandages. It just feels natural for me they way it does for you, and it feels great! my homies call me the bard main and i have no one but you to thank ^-^ thanks again for all you do, and best of luck!

hell mobs are super easy! so glad bards can get solo hell, its been fun

That’s always the worst… It’s just annoying.. Until it literally pulls you back into a skele/goblin swing.

My question is why the barb had five luck pots

I don’t know if this is the reason or not… But you can overwrite a luck pot by drinking a second one if you get a bad roll. They don’t stack, but sometimes it’s worth bringing in two in case your first roll was a 50.

@@Deltsong so luck pots give differents amount of luck depending on your rng? I didnt knew that

@@wilaugh8688 Yepp! Check your stats whenever you drink on. Luck will show basically right underneath of health :)

So at the beginning of the video you said you were hunting down the barbarian or going to try to but when you hit inferno, you got distracted or something and forgot to search for him. Why is that?

I wanted to fight him… But I didn’t have good gear, and knew I wouldn’t be able to clear through inferno the easiest. The room that I started in, and the rooms around it, were all filled with demons. Starting room had a berserker and centaur, the room I started to clear in the direction of had a berserker, and the other room I could’ve gone to from my start had a centaur and multiple demon bats… So I decided to just clear, not die to PVE, and hopefully get some better gear instead. I was hoping he would stay until the end, and that we’d be able to fight in a decently cleared room, but when I checked the room at the end, it wasn’t cleared at all… So he either died in inferno (which I’m doubting) or he left already.

the opposing player will most of the time spawn on the diagonal side of the map aka barb spawned on top left of hell in this map for future rush purposes

That’s true if he’s the only other player that went into inferno. :) That’s why I started to clear in the direction that I did, but after seeing how long it was taking to kill the nightmare mobs in my gear, it more reasonable to chill out, sadly 😅

@@Deltsong Understandable and you had mid gear so clearing took quite long as I saw. And I can't clear the berserker without kiting him as well so I wouldn't get to him either lol

@@botuptop9345 I’ve done it a few times, but I’ve also died to it a few times, so I either want to practice the berserker more in norms or in my good gear😅 But thanks for the tip, I was pretty sure that was how it worked, but was also unsure if the rogue or ranger in the game had gone into inferno as well 😊
