Carnivore can makes things worse especially for hashimoto's who have so much trouble breaking down protein. Improve digestion first. If you don't have capacity to break foods down then these carnivore like diets aren't going to work for you. Little steps - build up slowly meals one by one and then work up. I have enough meals and now I'm going in.

Simpatico. It seems your videos and my experiences are aligning right now. I’ve been reading your book/listening to the audiobook. I’ve been trying to improve my digestion with betaine hcl, beet flow flushes, more electrolytes, etc. Recently I was on a message board for people with impaired methylation pathways and someone suggested (after looking at my raw genetic data) that I try a low-sulfur elimination diet because of a genetic SNP on my CBS gene. After ONE DAY on the elimination diet and supplementing with molybendium, my stomach bloat was gone. For the first time in MONTHS I woke up and didn’t feel nauseous or have a belly tender to the touch. On this diet it’s suggested to NOT take betaine hcl though I don’t understand why. Do you have any videos on or insight about sulfur metabolism problems?
System is alarmed and becomes too open letting in intruders that cause havoc and increase your sensitivity as the bodies way of warning us we have intruders. If we don't close up the holes and heal up the wounds our system will continue to have the intruders running around causing chaos and will be on alarm all the time.
I did the ultimate elimination diet. 26 days of only coffee tea and water. The only thing I haven't added back accept in small quantities is sugar, wheat, and generally high glucose foods. It was a game changer!
@@anthonyvarano5139 Yep. I prepared for it bye a very low carb ketogenic diet verifying with keto mojo blood testing meter. That way I was sure that I was good at burning fat .....I had plenty of food on board to spare..

Dieting? 😂 if you eat anything then that’s your diet so you are by definition dieting.. change your diet to the optimal human diet and your feel and look optimal. Or continue eating the standard American diet and get standard American problems.
