why would you ever harass an old person like that. I used to work in a nursing home as a handyman for like a year or two. and 90% of them are the sweetest nicest people. but regardless of that none of them deserve to be treated like that
A first responder EMT once stole my wallet, jewelry and checkbook while transporting me while unconscious to the hospital. When I complained to the ambulance company, they told me I had probably lost these things in the confusion even though my watch was strapped securely to my wrist and one of their employees was later charged with identity theft.
The First one, where the man shot his wife, the jury saw that The woman, stole nearly $250k of his savings and gave it to her new BF. With that being the motive behind his crime, the ALL FEMALE Jury took sympathy on him. Which is a rarity these days.
yeah but he still wrongfully took someone's life knowingly, the has got to be stricter with someone who's willing to off someone when they could've just solved it legally through court
@@theomegablade6415nah cheating on your spouse should be a felony with mandatory prison time. If so the woman might still be alive. The man would’ve had some recourse.
@@BradLee208 you're missing the bigger picture here... that the guy was fully ok with *Murdering* someone when there is no need to begin with and better ways to solve it that drags her through the ground through the legal system
I'm all for paying additional taxes that would allow and require cameras in nursing homes and daycare centers, as well as the harshest punishments possible. The actions of that staff were unconscionable!
She cheated on him and stole almost his entire life's savings (120k+) while conspiring to give it to her affair partner before divorcing him. It's strongly believed the daughter was in on it.
treating an old lady like that is just sick. I could hardly even watch because it was so disgusting. No old person should have to be treated like that, no matter if their a male, female, annoying, loud, quiet, black, white, it doesn't matter. (edit) The caretakers should have had an over 10 year sentence in jail.
While the first sentence is an injustice. Judging by the amount of belly rolling out that robe, he is probably making it 3 years before the chungus takes him.
@@CowboyPrestige101she took his life savings and his business savings bankrupting the man, then had the audacity to gaslight him, she fafo, I think 5 years is fair.
A quick search would tell you that the trial had already taken place for the last video of the police stealing, as the ruling took in September of 2023...The female officer got an 18-month probation sentence
She emptied the man's life savings and business accounts and gave it to her lover, I can see why he reacted that way, she ruined the man's life. Watch the video to she was instigating the issue thinking he wouldn't shoot, but shed have the footage to get him arrested, she pushed her luck to far, hoefosho

Yep, we need police reform to weed out these bad cops‼️‼️😡🤨😡🤨😡😡 Did they think wearing a badge would keep them out of trouble and put in prison for their crimes ⁉️⁉️😡🤨 NOT‼️‼️😡😡😡😡
@12:02 KUDOS walmart security!!! finnaly doing your job and not harassing customers over a fkn carton of eggs they already paid for nice to know SOME of yall are actually doing their job this is what I mean about working togeather to keep communities safe cause step 2 and 3 for this sicko means more victims!
I got an evil nursing home story , my popo was 60 when he passed from liver failure the nursing home my mama was spending nearly12000 on would change his medicine every week wouldn't allow us to see him and when he did pass wouldn't let us get his belongings my mom had to pay them nearly a thousand dollars just for his pictures hat watch and navy rings because of them I barley have anything from my grandfather except for memories, that man was in the Navy and was a police officer for most of my mothers life he was my Superman he would be 72 this year
As for context for the guy in the robe with the shotgun His wife was cheating on him for quite some time All the while STEALING his money so I assume when he was already drunk as a skunk as you can tell and she Smartly decided to show up and piss him off even more he joined in her stupidity and low road bs and shot her... Im not saying you should do this but people be like omg HOW COULD YOU! and lets stop lying we all know the how I personally would try to put my child first and then try to sue her and the fkn garbage she was fkn before taking such extreme measures to seek justice but if the child is brainwashed by said mother whats he supposed to hold on to?
I'm just saying you left out that Patricia stole $170,000+ from him. It wasn't just an argument over something trivial that led him to make that awful decision
@@brendanjobe6895what a horrid take. Your bigotry is on full display here. Race should not determine ones eligibility to be a police officer. That's genuinely Nazi Germany...Having a ruling race is kinda a horrible and dated ideology. While I agree that the crime statistics don't lie, black police officers often have to work even harder to set themselves apart from the stereotype. They are very aware that if they act like the stereotypes say they should, they won't last on the police force. Don't be such an ignorant racist 🤷♂️
So, she doesnt get to have a life just because she didnt enjoy that barely able to talk, 200 pound guy and she looked for something more fun, and he gets off for 10 years of prison ? Yeah...justice...
Not saying that he was justified in killing her, but she cheated on him, stole his life savings and was giving it to her new lover...That's a pretty awful thing to do to another person. She's 100% right in finding a new partner, but she should have broken things off with him first. Instead she chose to emotionally torment that man, and to make things worse, everything he has worked for his whole life was stolen by his life partner, just to be given to her new boyfriend. So while the shooting was certainly criminal, I can't say that I blame him 🤷♂️
@@Ape0FPV you should get therapy. Moral maturity at the size of a teaspoon. Making light of or excusing violence as a response to interpersonal conflicts is not okay. In any way, shape or form.
@@reeno1357 Interpersonal conflicts can certainly end in violence and be justified...I'm sorry we have different opinions about how awful that woman's actions were. But from my perspective, she got what she had coming.
