If there's one thing I enjoy about your videos, it's the refreshing reality. I love that you don't just have endless haul after haul and holiday vlog after holiday vlog, because, that's not relateable in the slightest for me (as a broke uni student) and it just leaves me feeling dissatisfied with my own life, which is SILLY! So thank you for being honest and open because we've all been in your situation, and it's nice to know you're not alone! You're doing a fantastic job and you will definitely make it out the other side a stronger and wiser person! xxx

You guys are doing way better then you think. You managed to pay off all your debts and now your having a bump in the road. I'm currently going through a hardtime too I can so relate with my finance. I'm trying to save up as much as possible to move out on my own and its hard. My husband is still abroad and i've got 2 weeks to finish his visa papers with help. Life isn't easy but there are better days and we always need to count our blessings. ❤ Love you guys!!! You will achieve your dreams one day of doing cool trips with your family just keep being strong and positive. I'm sure everything will fall into place, God always has a plan. 😊❤

Definitely know that feeling when life things just completely get out of hand, have had battles with depression & anxiety for the last 10 years & they totally just become all encompassing for me. it’s real life and you channel is sharing that with heaps of people, showing that everything isn’t always hunky dory all the time. things get in the way to push us down, but i guess when we are down the only way to go is back up. keep pushing and being you. x

I totally understand the whole adulting is hard thing. It really is so hard at times. I’ve had a really rubbish year last year with my mum passing away and my health taking a turn for the worst, so life got really hard, financial situations got hard and everything was just super stressful! But what I can tell you is, it’s not going to be like this forever. You’ll both get through it and you’ll be super happy at the end of it and you’ll look back and think of how far you’ve come physically and mentally. Life can be hard but it’s not suppose to be easy! Just remember that these things are put in our lives to test us and make us stronger! Love you both loads 💛

Love love your honesty!!!! I watch your videos because you are authentic and show the ups and downs of life. You guys are real and you have no idea how important it is in today’s world. All the “perfect” highlight reels on RU-vid are fake and make everyone feel inadequate and dissatisfied with their life which isn’t what God wants for us. Sorry you are going through a hard time with money. Your honesty is helping more people than you realise. Praying for financial blessings coming your way. Praying also that you don’t fall into the trap of feeling like you need to be anything other than what you are. Hey Bethany and Daniel - I'm usually a silent viewer but been subscribed to you guys for a while now. Really appreciate your honestly in this video and I can totally relate! My husband and I have been in the same boat many times when everything breaks down all at once, and it can be really frustrating and exhausting (and expensive!) to stay on top of it all. Adult life can be tricky lol! I just wanted to let you know that your not alone in feeling like this, and also give you some encouragement as your videos are amazing and beautiful to watch - I'm sure it will pay off soon!

Can really relate? We defo leave things rather than planning ahead. We’ve had to borrow money from family today to pay £200 of Work that needed to be done to our car. I would say to look at finance and get a new car. At least you know you don’t have to worry about it breaking down for a few years. We’ve been spending money on our car for the last few years rather than getting a new one and we’ve actually spent £2000+ and should have just got a new car when it started to play up. Hope things start to look up 😘 xxxx

The reason I love your videos and keep on watching is because you are so real and because you show real family life! So relatable. We are just about to have our kitchen floor ripped up because of a leak that we should have noticed months ago.. huge expense and upheaval which is super stressful and not great when there is a 4 month old in the house! Aw dan I’m feeling the exact same right now! We just spent almost £3000 to go to a family wedding which we really couldn’t afford, the car mot failed 4 weeks later, Iv had a nightmare with my business I’m self employed and had to foot big bills! Actually want to run away so I’m totally in your club right now! Nightmare! Feeling awful because we want to take our daughter away and can’t because of lack of disposable income which is the most frustrating thing when your working constantly!! Wine is needed!!! Chin up xxx

We are not to give, we are not to take, we are all these things. So stop worrying about how things impact, friends and family are there to support you. 2. Ah I know how you feel! Life logistics are stressful and sometimes the smallest of things can really rip things eh? Hope today’s a better day for you! I left it too late to sell my car, so I just had to insure, mot and service it which cost a LOT! Then I got a letter saying that someone had told DVLA that I’m no longer alive which was nice to read a letter to the executer of my will, so it was UNtaxed thus uninsured. Ughhhhhh! 😩

For sure! It wouldn't usually be a huge deal but because we are really pushing for something it really sucks! Thankfully not as expensive as we first thought so i can dry my eyes haha!! OH MY GOODNESS! are you kidding me? Thats crazy!! you must have been fuming! Cars are so confusing. Why can't you just buy one, be insured for ever and then the garage is responsible for making sure it runs!! haha - i shouldn't be an adult!

I just want to reach out and give you all a big hug. Things will get better. Don't apologise for your real and relatable videos. This is life for most of us sadly, not the edited, freebie lifestyle I'm tiring of seeing. My husband was out of work for most of last year, we've both suffered health wise and family thankfully were there to help us but the guilt of it still upsets me. We've come through it stronger than ever, but finances aren't ideal so it will take time. You're love for another and your faith will get you through this hump in the road. Big hugs. xx

Sorry to hear about your hard times but thankful for your honesty. I feel like this is my husband and I all the time, trying to get all our paperwork and finances in order (immigration/student debt) for when we want to move from apartment to house or when we have babies. And then something comes up and it's like "how will we ever buy a house or be out of debt??" But I know the Lord has us all in His hands and I'm pretty sure most people feel like this most of the time. Praying you are comforted today. ❤

I love the reality, I can so relate with so many things! It's really hard being an adult sometimes. We decided to go into dept management with step change, as things just got too much to handle, so we'll done for paying off dept and saving, I can slowly see the dept coming to an end and lots of letters coming in for me to be t more dept 😂 no thank you, it's just typical that you get money behind you and then it's taken out of your hands, blimmin life for you, hopefully it will all work out for yous, and one thing I have learned with my little boys, is the simplist things they are happy with when it comes to birthday parties, tea parties and a few friends all the way for us, I hope all this hard work pays off soon xxx❤️❤️❤️

If it makes you feel any better, my boyfriend forgot to renew his insurance and was driving without insurance for around 5 months. He eventually got pulled over driving down union street and got 6 points and a huge fine. He also had to pay for his car everyday it was in the pound place and couldn’t get it out for around 2 weeks because he was working so much!

You guys are on a path working towards your dreams. Don’t be so hard on yourselves. Think how well you’ve done saving the money that you wouldn’t have otherwise. Life can be really tough when you’re working and raising kids. We are useless with our MOTs and servicing and always leave it until last minute and are constantly overlapping work and having to organise childcare at the last minute.

MOTs are so inconvienient - especially with little kids! Luckily the garage we use have been super helpful. Just wish they would take responsibility of the car and we just get to drive it!! haha! Aw you guys we are having a VERY actually freakishly similar week! It’s awful!! We found out after paying all our debt off a few months ago that we have a balance on a credit card in an old address from 6 years ago and we have paid probably treble the balance because we have been paying the minimum payment and not even noticing and it hasn’t touched the sides of the balance!! Fingers crossed it can only get better!! There has been lost of tears and tantrums in this house also xx

Hi guys, a couple years ago of me and my family ran into some money problems, my dad got made redundant twice and my mum wasn’t getting paid as much as we needed and she didn’t like her job anyway, it was coming up to my birthday (I’m 12 right now if you didn’t know 😂) and me being a 10 year old brat was worrying that I wouldn’t get anything for my birthday, I then realised what was going on and I appreciated what I already had even more. We now are doing much better, my mum got a new job and is enjoying it a lot more and my dad also has a good job, the basic point of my story is that everything does get better, you just have to be patient - Jess ❤️

This is most people's life... I'm sick of seeing people like zoe and Alfie spending and having an awesome time etc. When I have to think about whether I can fill up the car! I forgot an mot for 6 months and was lucky I didn't have an accident etc. I just had no idea. I took the decision to give up my well paid full time job to spend more time with my daughter after my Mum died and I knew I needed to spend more time with her while she's young. Best decision... But I am now always scraping around for money. Hard.
