When I was 14 my dad would take me to his old bar hangout during happy hours and in the restroom was this condom machine where you put 2 quarters in and turn the dial and a condom would pop out etc.. and everytime that I would walk out of the restroom my dad would embarrass me by saying out loud that what I was chewing was not bubble gum .lol
I've heard people in Europe carry condoms without the stigma of being "dirty" or "expecting" like many here in America seem to have. I don't because the last one I had expired before I got a chance to use it.
As a German I can tell, that condoms over here are usually associated with "save" and "being responsible", rather than "dirty" or "expecting"; but there are still a bunch of people who are ashamed of buying condoms.
If you also suffer from thinking constantly about food I have a little trick for you... EAT SOMETHING! It's not desireable to become a size 0 because you starved your body. A size 0 can only be sexy if it's your natural shape although you still eat healthy amounts.
Once you have had an eating disorder you cant look at food the same way you did before you developed one. It's a mental disorder that one needs a lot of support and therapy to recover from. I hope that people stop conflating being thin with being desirable because it is a notion that has been conditioned into society for decades now. Some people cant just feel guilt free when they're confronted with food and each individuals relationship with food is personal and unique. No point in shaming someone for having body dysmorphia- it's a disease largely birthed by a society built on hypocrisy and vanity
