Michael commented "Day 3,000..." two days ago. In the span Michael has spent commenting on that campaign, I started and graduated college. His persistence encompasses my bachelor's.
this man is genuinely going crazy, he's been in the comments for over 2400 days, posting parodies about the air umbrella, fan fictions about rahim, stories about what he did, self promo for his youtube channel, someone please give this man his money
Kickstarter scamming is now gonna be a career choice for people if you can get ANY money from people with just a few hours of editing and some creativity for smart sounding products
He is doing this shit for $128???? The fuck, I would just suck it up and deal with it, with this amount of dedication I was expecting him to have dropped a number in the thousands atleast.
Michaels last radioed message, theres not much time to save him I managed to translate and decipher his last message.. this was 3 days ago as of 2/6/2021 "Okay, campers, rise and shine, and don't forget your booties because it's COOOLD out there today. It's cold out there everyday. What is this Miami Beach? Not hardly. And you know you can expect hazardous travel later today with that, you know, that blizzard thing. Well that "blizzard thing" That "blizzard thing?" Oh well, here's the report: The National Weather Service is calling for a big blizzard thing. Yes they are, but you know there's another reason why today is especially exciting. Especially cold, Especially cold Ok, but the big question on everybody's lips On their chapped lips, On their chapped lips? Right Do you think Phil is gonna come out and see his shadow? Punxsutawney Phil. That's right, woodchuck chuckers. It's Groundhog Day! Get up and check that hog out there! Ya! Come here, groundhog!"
NO! MY SHIP! they had such good chemistry until season 4 when thanos snapped his butt cheeks and micheal was one of the people that disappeared, he was still asking for his refund and raheim had to sacrifice himself so the avengers can get the soul stone before thanos
Micheal is still active, 16 days ago he wished everyone a happy new year, although it was a late happy new year, at least is wasn’t as late as his air umbrella arrival.
This Michael fellow has backed 130+ projects. Most of them are lights and skateboards. From the evidence we can infer Michael was building up power to create an air umbrella shielded skateboard with laser beams to take on the threat of kickstarter scams as our new hero But alas, season 3 was canceled
No Veritas! I am Back for Season 4! We are not being cancelled like the great SYFY/Netflix show "Dark Matter" Maybe Penquinz0 and I can make a side channel where we continue this journey!
Can that shit just stop? It's been like over 6 years get the fuck over it pussy. Jesus just stop wasting your time on that kickstarter wtf is wrong with him?
TastyDoritos even if it is just for the lols, you gotta admit that this guy’s dedication is nothing short of straight up inspiring. This dude legit makes me wanna write a story about him 😂
Michael just lost his mind. He is just typing song lyrics now and grieving for his fallen comrade Rahim, desperately trying to reach him... This is really sad
As Rahim lays dying on the ground, he gasps out with his last breaths: “Michael... do you remember the promise we made as kids on the playground...?” “Yes, of course I do!” Michael says, fighting back tears. “Then go, take this Air Umbrella and get revenge on the rain for killing our parents. Go!” Rahim cries out with the last of his strength. *Main Air Umbrella anime theme plays as the episode fades out* “Airu Umblella grandu sponsor...”
He's not going insane he just wants a refund on his air umbrella EDIT: after reading his comments, yep. He has definitely gone insane. We need to get Michael the help and support he needs!
Update: April 5 2022, Michael has achieved nirvana, he got his refund and a legit working air umbrella, and Charlie, god himself got to meet the man the myth the legend, Michael. Quite a loving conclusion to a great story.
I was scammed on eBay once. I payed $5,500 for a 2004 Ford Ranger because my old car was dying. The woman I was buying it from said she was stationed on a Army base in Virginia and said she would have the truck shipped in a container to my home in about 3-5 business days. A week later, I still haven't received the truck. She emails again me saying she needs an extra $200 for shipping insurance. After I saw this email, I decided to do some research on scams of this sort. I found out that a ton of people had fallen into the same trap I did. I then called eBay asking if there was any way I could get my money back. They said they couldn't because I payed through something called "Money-Gram" and was incapable of getting my money back. So yeah, I know what it's like getting scammed.
You Squidding Me? If he had bought it through eBay he would have been fine. Clearly they told him to use an external payment (itself not allowed by eBay) and he did it. Never pay anyone directly, if you go through eBay or Amazon they can return the money. PayPal sometimes refund you too but it can take months and is a real pain in the backside. I've had the opposite happen, I listed my car fly sale and some scammer claiming he was stationed overseas wanted to buy it without viewing it and that he would PayPal me the money. I told him I wasn't going to accept that. What they tend to do is send you a fake email pretending to be PayPal saying that you have received money. May even have a fake PayPal link that will ask you your password for good measure. They then take what you are selling and you get squat. Sometimes too be extra cheeky the email will claim to be for more than you were due, and they will ask you to transfer some back. So not only do they steal what you are selling, you pay them for the privilege.
Update: up to recently Michael superbacker is STILL on the air umbrella page, and he has hijacked its comment section to broadcast his own kickstarter projects like a corkboard. As of Easter 2018 he is STILL boosting morale with easter greetings and STILL garners hope that his air umbrella. He has almost 1 million views on who-knows-what and has posted a message of thanks to all his loyal cultists, whom he has decided to lead to victory and revenge over the air umbrella corp and similar scammers. A word of silence in respect for this dedicated hero that is Michael superbacker.
They should've stopped and actually thought about what this thing would do: A regular umbrella lets the rain slide down it and fall directly towards the ground. An air umbrella would PUSH the rain away at an angle, meaning everyone around you would just get blasted with rain from the side.
"Let's find this man and kill him." The sudden reveal made me laugh. That's just so direct. No other plans, no other ideas. Let's find this man and kill him. At least the guy knows what he wants.
Literally the same thing I thought I mean if more than one person has one and they walk by each other neither will stay dry unlike conventional umbrellas as they will be sprayed from the side.🙄
I would like to acknowledge that Michel is still asking for his refund and he is showing little signs of giving he has been a worth opponent to the kickstarter scam but I fear he may never get his refund
Just watched this video and looked up the kickstarter. Last comment from Michael was yesterday. YESTERDAY. He's still going in July of 2018!! It's become such a majestic journey.
Michael Superbacker 7 days ago I hope everyone had a Nice Easter! April Showers bring May Flowers.......I sure could use that Air Umbrella right about now with all this rain approaching! ...... "Where is my product?"
@@RandomPerson-hd6wr He's still going but someone offered him a similar air umbrella (that kinda works), so his quest is finally finished, he finally got an air umbrella. He still gives updates, but I don't know if he got the new air umbrella yet.
This really is a fascinating story. You can see the characters of Michael and Rahim developing throughout this, as Michael's hope turns to anger and eventually into the hollow desperation of a broken man endlessly repeating "Hello" as a madness mantra, while Rahim is completely consumed by his seething hatred. This is a true saga of two men's descent into madness. H. P. Lovecraft's got nothing on this shit. Looking at the comments now, it seems that Cr1tikal's video has at least reignited Michael's will to live, he is still going strong to this day, refusing to give up on hope, his last comment was from a mere 9 hours ago. Tragically, Rahim never made it... press F to pay respects
Afterwards Michael Superbacker steppes triumphantly outside his Las Vegas Duplex only to realize this years one rain has already happened...he has completely missed rain day in Vegas with his legendary air umbrella he screams in what seems to be defeat crying into a screen that fades to black, credits roll as we see our hero entering a travel agency..”May we help you sir?” “Yes, I need a one way ticket to Portland, Oregon...” end credits. Not a dry eye in the house
Yes but after it runs out of battery it's designed to self-destruct so that the user is instantly vaporized so that they will never get wet from rain again.
You must understand you don't want his attention that way. You can be productive, like emailing him something interesting. I was the person who emailed him about QuantumMAN scam website (downloadable medicine), and that was enough for me.
Michael just commented as soon as I checked. 4 minutes ago. This dude is a real trooper. Let's all fund a kickstarter to give Michael his 128 dollars that he deserves!
I want to meet him personally. Know when and what motivates him to comment again. What is his life situation and what brought him to it? Are his parents and friends aware of it? Did they do anything or are with Michael?
its been 2 years since this video was made, yet Micheal is still there making comments, his latest one being "Happy birthday Kickstarter! Wow, you turned 10 years old. Now let's celebrate by please refunding $128!!! I think you made enough money by now to refund us!" What a legend. That's somebody who never gives up.
Update. 2022. Micheal,s journey has ended as the night set. His refund arrived. Penguinz0 his night in glistening with moistness armor, reached out to micheal. MICHEAL! MICHEAAAL! Micheal turned to see another human. There in the darkness a new strange light. Penguins 0 and his refund. There is a god.
@@scooble_ You’d have to wield it like a shield unless you want to cut your own torso, then again if you can deactivate which parts of the umbrella actually push air out you could use it as a lightsaber. Now that I think about it, maybe that’s why they haven’t shipped anyone the umbrella, it’s too powerful to trust the average person with.
"Hey granpa! I bought this $128 air umbrella as your birthday. And looks, its name after your name, Michael" "Thanks boy, its been 84 years. Finally i can rest peacefuly and stop asking for refund"
Update as of November 2020, Michael has devolved into telling us about the weather and writing poems. He also has a youtube channel now called "michaelsuperbacker"
@@MichaelSuperbacker never give up on your case man. You will one day get your umbrella and those wet days are not gonna be so wet anymore. But i cant stop myself from wondering. What made you think that air umbrella was so important that you donated 128 dollars to it instead of just using an umbrella. You know a regular one that does the same thing for less than 5dollars.
3 days ago “Day 1,762....... The heat wave was not as bad as I thought it would be. I stayed low under the trees and along the riverbank. There is a fork in the river ahead.......Do I go left? Do I go right?” - Michael Superbacker
There's good potential for a few movies about all of this - I already have the titles nailed down: The Air Umbrella 1 The Air Umbrella 2 The Air Umbrella: Origins The Air Umbrella: Evolution The Air Umbrella Returns Michael Vs. The Air Umbrella The Air Umbrella - a Netflix Original Michael's Revenge 3D
