Many thanks for protecting the elderly from fraud. (In case our new friends don't notice, most of our videos now have many subtitles in different languages: Arabic, French, Russian, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish, Indonesia, Vietnamese and so on. Please go to your SETTINGS and select the SUBTITLE you need❤)
Please have Turkish subtitles, I'm your follower, I know a little bit of English, but sometimes I don't understand what you are trying to say in your videos, so PLEASE BRING TURKISH SUBTITLES.
When I was applying to jobs I was getting phone calls from the employers but then I also got spam calls. I was unsure if I should pick up all calls but then I realized if it's an employer they'll leave a message. I never answer an unknown number, thank goodness for voice mail :)
This is true. 🤦♀️ When I worked in a supermarket once, we used to warn people (mostly elderly ladies) not to leave their purse in the cart while shopping because it could be stolen. Nearly every time, they told me to mind my own business. Keep trying though, because if you can help just that one person who will listen then it's worth it. 😊
My grandpa had police at home and us explaining maby tricks but still he almost got scammed. They always find new ways. We told my grandpa several time if somebody calls you and tells you you grandchildren had an accident and need money always call us first. So he did not fall for it after they called. But after he walked outside a car pulled over and involved him into a talk and made him believe they are relatives. He got into their car and told them his homeadress and let them in. He only got sceptical after they asked for money for a sick family member. He told them he will call the police and they left. The old people are here not to blame .. they are super manipulativ and tricky
Everyone not just told him that was a scam call but explained him in detail about their fraudulent acts! btw Chen Yang is becoming more and more handsome day by day...
A similar thing happened to my dad last year. Someone scammed and hypnotized him through phone call. He lost his savings and got sick after that cause he felt guilty towards his family. I really hate these scammers. Lazy people that stole money from others who actually need it
@@lysosome4684 mm yeah, unfortunately my dad was in a difficult state when they called. He was confused because of something so he wasn't ready when they called
@@anna1505_ Yes, he's in a better condition now. Actually that saving was for his heart medication. His condition went worse after that scam accident (from his heart disease and also depression) and I was really scared that I might lose him. We keep trying our best to motivate and support him. Fortunately, he became more energetic since a month ago. He's still unstable but at least he's happier now and we're grateful for that. Btw, thanks for asking. Hope you and your family are doing well 😊
This channel shows the great side of China i saw when I was there, people who are even willing to help foreigners with little things... Thank you China you make the world a better place.
I love how much strangers care about each other and especially the elderly 😭😭 your videos make me cry every time I watch them because I just miss China so much
So nice of all of them to help even if they don't know him. I like their ways of helping him by answering the phone for him, informing him about spam callers, and advising him to either ask his children or the police if it happens again. I like seeing the community values in these videos 😊
I need that anti fraud app on 3:54 , but I think there's no such thing in my country, the police won't spend their time just to tell you that you have received a scam call 😅
💜💜💜 I have been getting these same calls and texts for the last year since I got back to the states. The amount of time they put into running these scams to steal they could be out there earning an honest living. 🤦🏽♀️💜💜💜💜
Every TreeMan video has the same thing - every stranger treats eachother like family and I don't think you find anything quite like it anywhere else in the world. So beautiful.
If it seems too good to be true then it must be no good at all 😔 Sadly in my country many elderly also get scammed but not only them, younger people too. Some scammers have gotten really smart, and other scams are very obvious but if you've never heard of them you might fall...
It’s funny to me how they all say “Ask the children! They know!” Haha which is true, this new generation is pretty up to date when it comes to scams due to socials.
it takes a certain type of person to be ok with scamming people and making so many other people despise them.. a certain type of pathetic person indeed.. someone that has reached the lowest point of humanity, and ermbraces it
Wow! This would never happen in the U.S. Everyone treated him like he was their dad or grandpa. Crazy it’s like the whole city are all family and friends when watching these social experiments.
I`mchinese. We call elders uncle (shushu) We call the old man grandpa (yeye). This is the Chinese culture since ancient times So we will help each other, this is our country's moral system and almost everyone is educated in it
