it’s not even just the “fouls” that were being committed on Embiid. it’s also the extreme physicality that Embiid would use on our players and literally nothing would get called on. Embiid should have had 8-10 less FTs and we should have had 8-10 more FTs -> that’s a swing of a potential 16-20 points in our favor. AND it puts Embiid on the bench for a while longer while our guys stay in the game.

I do think Siakim was sending Embiid a receipt after he took out two Raptors players during the series. But I don't think Siakim wanted to cave the dude's nose in. Fine margins and all that. But the way they embraced after the game, it was pretty warm. It's an intense but friendly rivalry.
