Hey there im 10 months c section but the right side of my incision still paining n its its paining internal when i cough but its not the same from the past n i went to gyno they said there's nothing the healing process is too slow I'll be fine, should I relaxe n do excersice

This happened to me too. It did eventually go away but it took about 2 years. I felt like exercise and core work actually helped the pain go away.

You should meet a pelvic floor therapist they can guide you to massage incisions scar

Please get an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound done to rule out Diastasis Recti and umblical hernia .

Ma'am my diastasis gap is decreased from 3-4 fingers to around 2 fingers after 6 months of postpartum but It is quite deep more than 2 knuckles. Can it be fixed. I feel like linea alba hai hi nhi centre me so much sinking in centre

First start with light exercises like breathing, walking and mobility exercises. Once u r absolutely comfortable u can start heavy exercises after 6 months

It means u have to start slow after child birth . Do deep breathing exercises first .

If you don't have Diastasis Recti then you can do any exercise. First start with light exercises then only after few months go heavy .

@@noeditvideo38 no its wrong to start core exercises post natal especially if you are a diastasis recti patient . its very important to start breathing exercises first to start activating ur core. these exercises are not for weight loss they are for core repair.
