First start with light exercises like breathing, walking and mobility exercises. Once u r absolutely comfortable u can start heavy exercises after 6 months
@@noeditvideo38 no its wrong to start core exercises post natal especially if you are a diastasis recti patient . its very important to start breathing exercises first to start activating ur core. these exercises are not for weight loss they are for core repair.
