Trump cared about the poor, he created more REAL jobs, lower gas and utilities, food, and housing was a lot cheaper, but they painted him as a "fascist". Well as a Cambodian who grew up dirt poor, I know what fascist or communism is, Trump ain't it. Before the Khmer Rouge genocide, they went and disarmed the people, cease all education so everyone is on the same class, and then executed people. Sounds similar to our administration right now. The average home under Trump was $320,000. The average home under Biden is $420,000. The average interest rate was 3.4% for Trump, 5.6% for Biden and currently on BankRate it's a astronomical 7.3%. I knew people looking to buy a house but can't afford the interest rates. I bought a home when it was still under the Trump interest rates, 3%. My niece bought a home 1 year later under the raised rates at 7%. Two homes at the identical price and she actually put a bigger down payment and she's paying $800 more a month than I am. $1600 vs $2400 a month. Gas prices is 34% higher, utilities overall is over 50% more expensive.

The story is this "rich young ruler" wanted to get "eternal life" aka go to heaven. He asked Jesus how? Jesus first stops him when he asks why he called him "good master" saying "only God is good" im paraphrasing. Then Jesus says keep all the commandments. This guy said he has kept them all. (impossible) So Jesus test him by saying (again paraphrasing here) he should sell everything and give the proceeds to the poor. Which is a way to show that he does not covet. (that he has no greed). Jesus message in His ministry is that no one can keep all the commandments and we all sin. This is highlighted several times throughout His ministry. which is why He says things like even hating someone is murder, looking at a woman with lust is adultery and if your eye or hand causes you to sin, pluck it out or cut it off respectively. His point as The Bible shows was that no one can go to heaven on the basis of how good they are because that would require perfection. So it culminates with Him (Who is God) having lived a sinless life on earth that no one else could. would take on the sins of the world (yes the whole world) and pay the penalty of death for us all. So that now we would not have to go to heaven by the commandments but simply by Him paying the penalty for us of death. There are 3 views on how we get this payment applied. The universalist view is that it is automatically applied to all eventually. unless you reject it by never once believing it is true. The annihilationist view is that you believe and you get the forgiveness of your debt instantly for all your sins ever. if you never believed then you simply cease to exist after death. and the traditional view is you burn for eternity if you reject it. some say you have to stop sinning to get forgiven or stop sinning alot. which would negate the full payment Jesus made with His sacrifice for us. My view, which is free grace. is that you believe Jesus is the Christ (God in the Flesh) who paid for all your sins past present and future with His Blood. The moment you believe that youre saved forever. Thise that dont believe ever not even once they perish. Although I pray God will save all eventually and we can all be in heaven one day. Its worth studying out. its hard for a rich man Jesus said to enter into heaven i think because they usually dont see the need for God. The need for a saviour. They might even think they are Gods. anyways sorry for the length if this. maybe one person will read this an be exposed to Christianity from a non judgmental side. most of the people who disagree with me arent atheists but traditional "Christians". Read the KJV New Testament. Ephesians 2:8-9 KJV Romans 4:5 KJV Titus 3:5 KJV 1 John 5:13 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 I know many disagree. but maybe one wont.

Lol. Care to cite sources? Or is anything you write on the internet proven fact? You can make 3-5k a month by working every day. Offer a service. The mindset is the problem. Poor people don't mind working for minimum wage, for someone else's company, as long as the responsibilities end after the shift. Work for yourself. Offer a service. And it's basically impossible to stay poor. I'm not saying you'll get rich upper class. But you would definitely not be poor. Learn a trait. Offer a service. Don't wake up to do the same shit you do every day, just so you can watch RU-vid and play world of War craft after your shift, and then complain about how it's impossible to get out-of poverty. It's not just the governments fault. It's not just society's fault that you're poor. Take responsibility. Be in charge of your own finances. The way you talk shows why you're poor. Victimizing yourself. "It's impossible to..." That's exactly what we want our minimum wage workers to think. I'm also tired of the poor pretending that they work hard to get out of the gutter. That's not the case AT ALL. MOST poor people settle for less. They want to be told what to do. Have no responsibility. Or rather depend on checks from the government than getting a job. Don't act like the poor people are actively trying to better their financial standings. They don't. You can legit stop being poor by cleaning people's cars or cutting people's lawns. It's extremely easy to make a starting capital. Start your own business and start writing off tax and getting loans and snowball our of control. Or you can live off of welfare. Or work a minimum wage job where you have little to no responsibilities and are told what to do every step on the way. That is exactly how to stay poor. Which is fine. It's fine to be poor. But stop blaming everyone but yourself. I can make 150 bucks before I even had breakfast. Or I can lay in bed until noon. Either way, this is my mindset. My fault. Oh it's just so hard to get out of bed. It's harder the longer you stay in bed. Holy fuck bro. Get your ass out of bed

I went volunteering twice with different organisations and the difference was huge: Raleigh International as a company was very transparent about us not being very good (with a focus on recruiting workers on a longer-term basis), and as such we worked alongside the locals on the sanitation project - apart from with teaching lessons in hygiene and basic first aid (even then, the classes were led by internal aid workers from Kathmandu). Once they're done on projects, they move so as to avoid dependency on aid - I would genuinely recommend it, as you have an 11 day trek phase which even I found pretty tough despite fellwalking and hiking since I was 6-7 (push yourself 💯). Second one was a "reef conservation project" with GVI where it was never said, but pretty implicit from the level of actual training we received that all of the photos we took would have to be reexamined and the species reidentified, and probably a lot more dives would have to be made by locals consequently. Literally just a holiday.
