@@Rober121 qué le parezca más importante es su percepción. Estamos hablando de los partidos de la Davis jugada en Australia con Hewitt provocando al rival y su público alentándolo. En esas condiciones Nalbandian le dio un señor paseo.

I remember that Nalbandian had beaten him in that series and said: "que paso con hewitt hoy? Se cago eh", translated it would be something like "he shit himself today", but Hewitt was always provocative with Argentina after this, in 2006 also for the Davis Cup played in Buenos Aires and when he came he brought his personal guard arguing that it was a dangerous country when in reality no one here recognized it 😂
People complaining about Hewit’s attitude is somewhat justified, but at least you could never question his commitment. Always gave 100% and fought to the bitter end
Coria seems pretty cool and Hewitt like an unlikeable spoiled brat. Maybe there was more that happened that was cut out of this video but Hewitt seemed like an unlikeable person.
L. Hewitt was a dreadful sportsman and role model dor young people, equal to G. Coria, who, I was once told by two Argentinians, nobody liked even in Argentina. Sadly, Australians will often embrace a player like Hewitt because of his poor behaviour on court. The Australian public, by and large, have no issue with N. Kyrgios, for example. Hewitt and Coria had not dissimilar games; Hewitt attacked more than Coria, though, which got him over the line in this match. Unlike Hewitt, Coria really did fade into obscurity, especially once D. Nalbandian became Argentina's great (and far more respected) champion.
I don't think both players Hewitt and Coria can even make a point against the top 5 of today. The players of today are just beast on the court, the power and the accuracy alone is just phenomenal.
