When to Morph, or The Art of the Henshin: the beginning of a series focused on ideas for making the very best Power Rangers game possible. To start, I look at how and when to morph, considering how important it is to the show (it was originally called Mighty MORPHIN Power Rangers, y'know). I look at some existing Power Rangers games and some games from outside of the series to develop this idea.

Thanks for watching! As I mentioned, this is only Part 1, so if you’re wondering about zords, story, gameplay, or something else, don’t worry. Those will come later. Thoughts on my pitch? Even though I used the sidescrolling SNES game as a backdrop, I'm not so sure the best Power Rangers game ever will be a sidescroller.

@@lens_of_truth it’s 2 years into dev, we are working hard to get the 1st stage complete 100% before the end of the year. It’s my passion project……. You will be able to play as human form and morph during the stage. And it will be based on the all 3 seasons of mighty morphin with about 30ish stages. We will have Dinozords, monsters, and rangers that did not appear in the SEGA or SNES versions. And after we are done with the 3 seasons, we will move onto making a 1995 movie story with actual movie suits and story elements from the movie in about 6 stages. Followed by the boom comics story line of shattered grid (about 15 stages ) and Power Rangers vs TMNT (about 6 stages). Its ambitious but we are true fans of power rangers.
