Actually, the bards did save her. They're why the monster was distracted enough for her to save herself. They also likely got her mood shifted from terror to anger.

Well the bardd did help her though. They pretended to do inspire, but instead they chanted distract on the orc which gave the damsel the time needed for the cooldown of her only attack: Ferocious basket hit.

4. When the Zephyr sang, air should have swirled around him, fluttering his hair & clothes while Antrius stood there in dank clothing, hoping his 'experienced' face would do all the work. 😂 5. They should have the bards show their true colors once a Silence spell hits'em in the face. I'm sure the Damsel had one handy... even Nixie should consider slotting a Deafness spell for... self-defense.

I played in a party where almost everyone had proficiency with music instruments. One bard, one celestial warlock with entertainer background and one druid with outlander background. Also the warlock dressed like a jester and the joke with the bard was she had crippling stage fright.

Well this got me in trouble at work. Busted out laughing during a meeting - headset on one ear for the meeting, the other earphone to listen, forgot my mic wasn't muted. Started laughing really hard right after something serious was said in the meeting. Morale of tis story: Don't 1 for All and work folks. It's not safe. I think Fall's Non-Nixie character said it the best, 'Bards!" Excellent skit.

I am genuinely disappointed...in myself. For not knowing about this series sooner. The production value is just so damn good, the writing is solid (lol Cantrius), and the acting is great. Getting all of that in one channel is like rolling double nat 20's on a disadvantage roll. A welcome surprise, to be sure.

Ho, boy! I smell a potential backstory. She got tired of waiting for heroes to help, so she helped herself. Time will tell if she helps herself to help others...or help herself to the top of the food chain in order to bring the two bards who failed her down to their knees.
