@@dawidscheffler7152 Bricks are a superior DnD weapon. Using the flat side? Bludgeoning damage. Edge? Slashing. Corner? Piercing. It can do it all! Especially if you make the brick out of metal. Now the corner is very pointy, the edge very sharp, and the flat side even flatter! And if the enemy is far away, just throw the brick at them for ranged damage! Learn the fabricate spell and cast a brick today!

@@alexkoder1982 in 5e, Paladins can be any alignment and there are definitely some Oaths (like Oath of Vengeance) which go really well with evil paladins. There's also the Oathbreaker which is a Paladin who failed to live up to their original oath and now have different powers.

Yea, my paladin had to stop the party from killing themselves at least 3 (up to 5) times in like 2 minutes in a location full of creatures and people at least 9 levels higher than us, with a literal Archdevil in attendance as well. Thing is, my paladin is Lawful Evil and the rest of the party is of better alignment 😂

Was in a game once when we encountered a demon and we were all trapped in a room with it. She wanted to negotiate a deal that could get us all out, but said it had to be a good person to make the deal. Looked at my character and said hopefully I was close enough to work. At that point being chaotic neutral I backed into a corner and took a look at everyone else, thinking that if I was the closest to a good person here that this situation might be a lot worse than I'd initially thought

1:30 i never thought i've heard about this one since there were 2 episodes where antrius rizzed those 2 paladins into quitting their group sessions (and proven to one of the episode with a tally as to how many paladins antrius got themselves walk off lol) edit: now that i thought about it, i wonder how many of those other paladins on the list became an oathbreaker because of them

Its just a way for them to show how the Paladin is being corrupted. A aesthetic to show the cracks that have formed in his spirit has also now affected him physically, now that he has become an oathbreaker paladin, that the act of breaking an Oath that he truly dedicated his life to, in of itself has power TLDR: it looks and is a way of showing that he has truly become an Oathbreaker Paladin

Cracks in the otherwise perfect image. A paladin is a holy crusader, someone who has devoted their entire being to their deity and oath; take that level of devotion and have it shattered, you can expect the psyche and literal image to break a bit too. Quite literally: the cracks in his faith are showing.

Now Destrian "The oathbraker", the last week the Dark Nixie; aaaand we already have the Lich, the fire spirit inside Nixie, the racist blue dwarf, The vampire king (I don't know if he died, so, I'll asume the party fled the fight... and abandoned the paladin) Zephyr the Great... And obviously, Annandale and all the Xax'gadoth cult.

There was allready so much guest-characters that they could allready make a party for themselfs. Or even three partys. The good ones: Two previous paladins(human and aasimar) and triton cleric. The strange ones: half-orc barbarian painter, druid and a warlock of our Lord and Savior Xax'gadoth. The ,,we will hurt those three for different reasons in different ways": paladin oathbreaker, rogue and bard

We had this once..... the paladin gave the rogue an hours long lecture on theft, and how its evil...... not long after..... "you, scummy thief, check this hall for traps" rogue passes a note to the DM then rolls.... "I don't see any traps" the note.... I don't look for traps....... so the paladin died messy. Followed by " looks like I missed some..... now, I look for traps"

This party has met a warlock,a rouge, a barbarian, another bard, 2 palidans, a druid, and a claric. I can't wait to see them meet a ranger and a wizard.
