@lockekappa500 arguably we use more oxygen than our cells need because of increased cellular respiration rates due to high available oxygen By decreasing the partial pressure of oxygen in our blood to what our body needs minimally, we might overall reduce the carbon we emit as CO2. It might not be a big change even with all humans together, but it could definitely have an impact.
