Thank the gods you recognized the somewhat vague cardiac symptoms typical in women. You are quiet knowledgeable. I'm a healthcare practitioner as well and we have seen a dramatic spike in "cardiac events" in otherwise young, strong, and healthy people as well as a spike in diagnoses in all inflammatory conditions since the virus. Take care of yourself and sending you blessings and healing. ❤🔥
Wow, what a journey. I am personally really pleased that you posted as you have got this. Glad you are taking it easy. Hope you and your family have been able to decompress from the worry. Healing vibes to you ❤
I' so sorry to hear this, it must have been so scary for you and your family. I really hope you get some clarity and that your health only gets better. Take good care and rest well xxx 💜
Thank you for sharing with us. I'm so glad you're doing better. PLEASE don't forget to advocate for yourself if you don't feel like the doctors are taking you seriously. I had a friend a few years ago who had a cardiac event and they were just like 🤷🏽♀️. It took her having a second event to finally look into it and find that she had some kind of congenital defect. Take care of yourself ❤
With my background in pharmacy, I'm not afraid to speak up when I feel like I'm being ignored by doctors. I take notes, ask questions and make sure they know I'm engaged and won't be put off. ❤️❤️❤️
Wishing you a speedy recovery! :))) I too have heart issues, and have to watch my caffeine intake and no longer drink alcohol. It's a small price to pay though if it means avoiding some kind of cardiac "event".
💖 Hello Isca I'm glad that you are feeling well enough to come home and that you recommended getting baby aspirins if you have medical problems that is so sweet of you!!!!!!
It's great to hear that you are home, resting, and taking things slowly for now. Thank you for sharing your own story and what you know related to heart health; you continue to help all of us to be braver, wiser, and more magickal. 💜
Since you've been to the ER, you should be able to see a cardiologist within a few days. Maybe a different one has an appointment available? I hope they can get to the bottom of this asap. Take care of yourself and if you feel "off" get back to the ER.
With the fact that my symptoms disappeared as soon as I was on medication, I will be put on the wait list for the cardiologist. Also, the one I'll be seeing in Vancouver specializes in these rarer heart conditions, so she has a big wait list already. If I had the sort of heart attack where they needed to intervene really quickly with things like balloons or stents, then I'd go to the front of the line, but since mine was much more minor than that, I'll have to wait my turn. In the meantime, I have an amazing internal medicine doctor, and my own doctor knows her quite well, so I'll be getting great local care. If I have symptoms again on the medication, my place will get marked as more concerning and moved up higher the priority list.
I wish you a quick recovery. I understand you, I recently went to the emergency room followed by two months of hospitalization and six months of convalescence. May health be with us! Take care
