Hi, one year ago, you did a video to talk about your thunder 2 after a little bit more one year of drive. You said you stopped to drive it because you had a few problems with your clamp system. I posted a message to give a few ways to get reinforced clamp system parts made in France by shops, designed to solve eventually the problem (I didn't tested). 6 months ago, you said, you, or people who have thunder 2, will not buy the thunder 3 because now there is better scooters, even if you have discount code for a lower price. In this video, you are with thunder 3, and one more time, there is a problem with clamp system ... I will certainly not pay 4000$ for that, this it is not normal after the problem wit thunder 2 and a lack of respect for customers I think I'm surprised your friend had to replace the battery before 30 000 miles, battery(ies) he changed was out or had not enough range because it was at 80% of quapacity or less ? I'm agree with you about quality of battery cells, but there is problems with LG or Samsung battery cells too. I'm agree with you about ephemeral brands or brands who just builds scooter with OEM parts. But there are reliability issues with corean brand Minimotors scooters too (Dualton, Teverun) You talked about bad quality of Yume brand, I'm agree with you for old models with OEM parts. But since one year, for last model,, the brand do efforts for a best quality, do research and development, even innovation (One-piece die-cast aluminum chassis, specific 2 in 1 controller, good adjustable suspension, Samsung battery, a clamp system 4 screws as Lanfeite, for the Predator model, liquid cooling and 50A prismatic cells Panasonic), and parts are available on their website. As you said many times, support brands who want to progress, then why not follow this brand and help it for that ? In Europe, for all products, the minimum warranty for all products is 2 years, even 3 years in Spain. Hoping it will be the case in USA in the future ;) Have a nice day. bye

I will check out the clamps you recommended. The Thunder 3 clamps are four times better than the previous models.

Pedigree. It matters, for so many reasons. How do we determine which are discount pop-up companies just throwing parts together to leech from the industry by taking advantage of people on budgets? Companies that dissolve into the void of Chinese accountability at the first sign of trouble? Companies that sell refurbished, non-compliant batteries that fail far too early and burn way too easily? Whose parts are just a collection of the cheapest possible quality? The same dozen people or so who know the assembly/packaging industry isn't that tough, and unless a drug dog has trouble with it, it's getting into the country. Just like the flashlights craze I walked gullibly into a few years ago. I recall getting my first 5k lumen flashlight which lasted 3 months. Then ones came out claiming 40k lumens. Then 60k, etc, 'til they were claiming 100k lumens and more. RU-vid reviews revealed 1 out of 20 performed as they claimed, and most were just gimmicks that blasted out incredible fields of light for 15 seconds before dying and were the biggest fire hazzards I'd ever seen. RU-vid reviews - that's what corrected the industry. Not the consumer protection agencies. It was RU-vid reviewers like yourself. It even affected the way Amazon sold them, which is pretty huge when you think of Amazon shifting direction on anything. When you review these scooters, it matters. Don't relent on taking the pop-ups to church - if they're gonna be propelling our neighborhood young people to 70mph, they're gonna have to show us some pedigree. How many people have reached helplessly for the brakes or had catastrophic tire blowouts, on their AliExpress/AliBaba scooters with almost random Engrish brand names & paid the ultimate price for their being economical? Any scooter company that can innovate and take accountability for their past products, even if they did do just that - put random parts together - and stuck around, they're the ones who deserve the look. Honest reviews, even if it meant they gave a free unit to influencers & the unit was ridiculed - and stuck around, only to give their next big thing to the same influencers. That's what I respect. I've only ridden Apollo products so far, and started riding in April of '23. I've only owned a '22 Apollo Ghost & a '23 Apollo Phantom V3, and combined, I've put over 7k kms (~4400 miles) on them. I'm a true hound when it comes to these reviews, though. I learn from guys like you, and especially 'Eyebahn Rides', who commutes through the metropolis of NYC every day. And I also found it's not just guys who pay cash for theirs who are honest - they can be subsidized & still show proper critique. Some of them aren't, and they tend to gush over improvements before putting some serious miles on them. I couldn't be a reviewer, despite putting so many miles on scooters in the last year, since I've only ridden Apollo. But I can speak to the improvement over their dangerous Ghost (brakes = 666 stay away) vs the "only with proper maintenance" Phantom that, thanks to this maintenance, is as quiet as the day I bought it & still gives me ~23miles out of the top 75% of the battery. I can also speak to their innovation (IP66, 12" wheels, remote tracking/disabling) & for directly responding to customers' suggestions/complaints.

Nice video just bit more viewable angel, witch scooter that u own is your favorite & why? Besides your scooters, witch one do you recommend me from this list: Inmotion rs (herd some complaints?) Thunder 3 Bronco extreme 11 (or vnom xtreme 11) Teverun fighter supreme (not 7260r do to wobble)
@KiziEwheels
@KiziEwheels Месяц назад
Can't even decide which scooter is my favorite because it all depends on where I'm riding off-road, in fast traffic, or just joy riding. Portability is also a factor. My Thunder 3 and GX3 come close, but I also like my Hollyburn GS. Bronco Extreme had a lot of issues that they didn’t handle well with customers. I'm not sure if the company has improved. As for the Teverun Fighter Supreme or Thunder 3, either one is a good choice, but the Thunder 3 has a bigger battery. However, the most important factor is where you get the electric scooter from.

Vsett, dualtron and segway are the most high quality scootas on market. Kaabo are trash, i have a mantis 10 and all screw are garbage but i like it because its f*cking light.
