Hey! I'm a physiotherapist so you can trust my opinion. You should start swimming. If you don't know how to swim, you can begin classes. It's an amazing exercise and leads to weight loss. The advantage is no effect on joints due to the buoyancy of water and no sweat as you're exercising in water! If you don't know how to swim, you can just hold on to the side of the swimming pool and kick your legs to the rhythm of a fast paced song. This will burn your thigh and abdomen fat fast.
@@bhawanakhandelwal7390 well you are quite young! No need to worry. Walk for 45 mins everyday and increase it to one hour. Listen to the fast paced songs of your choice and make sure to walk on that beat, not any slower. It'll be super useful as exercise. When you eat, make sure that you eat a bit lesser than your usual portions. You can reduce having rice as much as you can. Rice makes you bloat up. Have roti or bhakri. No matter what you eat, never miss the 1 hour of walking everyday. Don't have drinks like coke, frooti, chocolate shake, fruit shake from any shop. It contains huge amount of sugar. Ban it for just a month. Do this for a month and I guarantee you'll receive compliments about how thin you are looking. Once you lose upto 65 kgs, update here. I'll let you know what more you can do and even some diet modifications.
