The Trax and Envista are considered the brother and sister of the family and supposedly Chevrolet can't keep inventory of the Trax so if you can't find a Trax then you can't go wrong buying the Envista.
I would be curious to know the final sale numbers. I have had my Envista for a month now and it was difficult to get it. They kept selling out before even hitting the car lots.
