Great video and good information. This helps with me making informative choices to get the best out of the Sharkbyte system. And it's refreshing to see a Sharkbyte video that isn't telling me how Sharkbyte is better than DJI. Keep up the good work.

Nice comparison video! I personally like the colors of Runcam, but not the brightness, if that is able to be adjusted, in the runcam or the googles its perfect. Hope the new hdzero will take it to next level. :)

Foxeer is so much flatter image. Runcam white balance is not great. The lens seems to help the yellowing. Despite it being a worse image i think i prefer the foxeer. Does the lens have a polarizer? Do you think the image issue is due to oscillation ?

You should know that not all Runcam Nano HD have a lens like yours, mine is like flying through fog, from my perspective totally unusable. Mine was probably from the first production run and was $60 at that time. Foxxer is more pixilated and mine has switched to analog by itself 3 times. I'm 100% in support of HDZero, but both camera manufacturer "appears" to have tried to torpedo HDZero.

Nice side by side. For the runcam, setting white balance to "push" mode helps

I couldn't find a way to do this, but I'll check the menu again. Do you know what that is doing, in a technical sense? Is it a different form of auto white balance?

my foxeer got stuck in B&W mode and even when I set it to color its still in B&W!!! how did you fix it!? I have it sitting in the box because nobody at foxeer will help me, they think im crazy or something. I also have a tx5s.1 sitting in the box because the ufl ripped off when I was trying to install it......I dont have the time or energy to send it back in, by the time I take off work and whatnot I could just buy another one....anyways, VERY nice video....I always watch your new videos, they are very informative and up-to-date. cheers buddy! if you have any info for me on the black and white thing let me know because I am LOST as to how to fix it (I had my goggles on and watched them fade from color to black and white but the cam is still on color mode, I have no clue what to do, I have tried the sharkbyte menu and the --> menu and nothing. thanks!

Try this. 1) open the camera menu (left stick to the right for a second) 2) select the “exit” option and move the left stick to hit enter 3) move the selector down to “cancel” 4) long press the right stick upward (if this doesn’t work, do it with the left stick instead…I think the manual is wrong but I don’t have the camera here to test). This should get you into a hidden menu where you can change a few more settings. I bet the picture mode is set to b/w. You should be able to change it to “led” or similar. I hope this helps, let me know how it goes.
