Imperial armored units were a mirror of the navy. To much emphasis on vehicles that did little more than impose fear. Which meant when they were taken down they inspired just as much... hope.

The super tank has extremely insane armor. I mean seriously, when Ahsoka used it to destroy the reactor of the separatist droid refinery, the thing probably didn't even suffer a dent even after the whole refiney fell on them.

I think the first 3 are basically interchangable. You have versitility with the juggernaught, Pure firepower with the M6, and ridiculous durability with the Separatist supertank. And then that poor little ion walker, if the main cannons are still as strong at a normal AT-AT then it has all the same weaknesses.

When the Supertank has been shown to do more impressive things than the M6, it shouldn't just be assumed that the M6 is better.

I think there's something to be said about the CIS's super tank and it's smaller target area, as well as missiles that don't rely on line of sight as all the laser weapons do.

It would make more sense if the AT-IC has its ioncanon faced to the front, instead of towards the back. Imagine this thing protecting something and then being ordered to enter enemy territory, it would have to turn around once. Which could be annoying and takes time.

do one for light vehicles (AT RT, Dwarf spider, ect)

Firstly to start, I love this ranking series, very well done and well analyzed, however in regards to this video whilst I agree the juggernaut has clearly great advantages over the others, thus warranting it's ranking, it suffers from the same weakness of our own modern day ground vehicles, one which wasn't really addressed, and that being the issue with tank traps. *For those who don't know what tank traps are watch the beginning of saving Private Ryan; at Normandy those weird metal objects in the sand, those are a type of tank trap. Tank traps are 'relatively" easy to make and impede modern armored vehicles greatly. Yes the Empire's AT-AT is stupidly tall and thus unbalanced; that being said it's design allows it to simply "walk over" any reasonable tank trap. Thus its design, despite its set backs, results in a well shielded, troop carrying, and offensive capable armored vehicle not restricted by most normal tank traps. Thus limiting the options for ground defense against an Imperial assault.

I've loved Star Wars ever since I first watched it but damn; your channel has given me SO much more to love. I never realised quite how extensive (and interesting) the extended universe was. Keep up the good work! Also, if you don't mind me offering a video idea, 5 blasters that weren't rifles. Shotguns, arc casters, laser miniguns etc. I had a lot of fun with them in the original Battlefront games and I'm curious as to how they fit in with the universe.

Good breakdown. The Juggernaut is just all around fantastic. I am really looking forward to seeing more of the AT-M6 now as well. Given this is SW it has to have some weakness built in. my guess is that's gonna be the extra fuel tanks exposed on the back of the vehicle.

Love the channel, and have a recommendation since you post so much content. How about a video on the X-Wing/Tie Fighter series of PC games ships? What I mean is ships or fighters that originally appeared in those games or only appeared in them. 2 Of my favorite ships are the CR-92 Assassin Corvette, and the Nebulon B2 Frigate that had 2 'fins' pointing down instead of one. I had hoped so much Disney would have used the B2, but sadly no.

In my opinion, the First Order had very good walkers. Their AT-M6s and AT-STs were all improved from the previous Empire models, and they did a good job doing it.

Hi! Love the video as always ribbit!!! =D Frog does have an idea / request for a video. (is this where requests/ideas should be posted?) A while back, frog saw a video that talked about how the emperor kind of hated running the empire. It was a burden, and one of the grand purposes of creating the Death Star was to free him from that burden, so he could delve into the deepest secrets the dark side of the force had to offer... and his further his pursuit of eternal life. So, what if the Emperor wanted to stop being emperor?? How would he go about granting star systems their liberties again? Would he consider recreating the Galactic Republic + Senate? Or would he want to create some new governing super-body, democratic or otherwise?? How in the world would he go about doing all of this, what would be his overarching goals? What would he want to accomplish and what would he want to keep?? I'd imagine that freeing himself and Darth Vader to fully explore the dark side would seem key, but he'd also want to be sure that they were exonerated of any past crimes, and that they wouldn't be attacked or hunted down. Would he still want to maintain a seat of power, or of influence? Would he demand an army to protect him as a part of the deal for galactic liberty??
