This was a fun watch... Going to try it soon... The splotches looked like rain droplets to me. I liked them both. Don't yet have a sewing machine so the embroidery is a nice alternative to just glue.

I love the stress free way of making those flowers. They don't have to be perfect, it's part of their charm ^^ And I love the project you made with them! Looks like a great idea for a book cover too :D I hope you feel better soon! Thank you as always for your videos :)

Happy to hear you are recovering. I still remember your cute whimsical houses. And now these flowers.. These two projects will go hand in hand stunningly. Now I am obsessed with everything doodly/whimsical/waggish/eccentric/peculiar. Going to start a dedicated board in my Pinterest for that and will try to come up with my own décor compositions -- easy but wonky weird and cartoonishly happy. Thanks for the inspiration as always!

So very cute! I use cardboard boxes too. You can easily peel the manufactures painted label off if you want giving yourself a blank cardboard pallet on the back ... if you would like.

So sorry you have been ill Natasa, hopefully by now you are feeling much better 💐😘 someone beat me to it telling you that you did stem stitch on your stems, but I can say, that what appeared on the reverse was back stitch and you could have done some very simple strait stch on the flowers as stamens, just in and out from petal to centre. You could probably pick up a simple stitch book, embroidery for beginners, at a thrift shop for very little money and there are many very pretty stitches which are very easy to do - honestly they are 😀 Love these flowers and the finished project so cute. We were taught embroidery as children at Vacation Bible School. I think VBS is a southern USA thing. Anyway, I have been embroidering for 60 years and I think your stitching and choice of color is beautiful. I love that you do what gives you joy and aren't always obsessing about being "perfect".
