The supporting factor for Blue's initial unlocked state to be 50x that of God is the 10% statement of Whis in the manga. God Goku was able to overpower and outspeed Hit during a time that Blue Vegeta couldn't even perceive his movements. Whis was being very generous in that statement, but also, Vegeta wasn't sure of what to look out for in the battle with the assassin. It's like misusing your senses, more or less. Whis says, "Yes, possibly" as if it's not guaranteed for God Goku to surpass the previously weakened Vegeta. "Not even 10%" would cut down to 5%, and furthermore, the doubt would imply that Blue is to God as Yellow is to Base. The only thing, however, is that Super Saiyan's multiplier is misinterpreted by even the authors themselves. It's only initial SSJ1 that's 50x, whereas Goku's base form wasn't 50x weaker than Grade 4. His base improved drastically, yes, but the focus was improving the form. It was a two-sided coin of affairs. Toriyama, the only person who was having this vision, got completely drained by the time of the Buu Arc; it's no surprise that this controversy has sparked. Moreover, Blue Evolution, despite what anyone wants to say, is seriously Grade 2; the multipliers are a bit wilder as a result. The "mastered Blue" works nothing like mastered Super Saiyan, it's actually primarily focusing on mastering godly ki. If anything, that's Goku mastering Super Saiyan God itself, NOT the combination. This is easy to misinterpret, because Toyotarou seriously did not get the point across. This is the main reason for why Blue Kaioken can seemingly surpass what Blue 3 would be; that's on top of a version of Super Saiyan that wouldn't ever REACH SSJ3. It's too weak. It's own multiplier would have increased by that point. When Vegeta also admits to forgetting about Saiyan pride to Goku in the Granolah arc, I just flat out agreed it as a W moment. It's so true. Why did neither Goku or Vegeta seek to master SSJ God exclusively? They got focused on their highest power form, just like Future Trunks once did. I imagine that, had they properly done things with these forms, that Ultra Instinct and Ego both would have been that much more efficient, too. We love to say MUI is just the energy of the technique, but... so is SSJ God in the respect for god ki. It's just stacking god ki amongst your base, and Saiyans are a form-based species. None of this is in disagreement to what you say, outside of my disagreement that the SSJ forms' multipliers are different. Regardless of how those forms multiply, it doesn't change the facts of the scaling. I just wanna give this information out for the sake of it. Someone might come along at some point and make an accurate OG->Z->Super->GT timeline. You never really know.
