Rarely seen it quite that bad on East pier LWW. Nice viewing seat higher up to watch the action with a hot flask of tea and a piece of homemade corned beef pie!!!!😁😁❤️❤️
It’s not only the U.K. that is experiencing very high tides. Time to rethink building so close to the sea and think about more sea defences and allowing some land to become marshlands again as they used to be.
@@lykewakewitch9026 Yes,I've been coming to Whitby 25 yrs,I brought my late husband's ashes there last year,he wanted it to be his final resting place.x
@@user-wt8xj4wy6c you will have some wonderful memories together here, it's nice that you are still visiting and hat he's resting in such a beautiful place that you both love ❤️
How about docks and ports too. Weve been told for years sea levels are rising. Existing facilities will need massive modifications or total rebuilds. We cant even sort out land drainage, what chance have we against a rising sea. 🇬🇧🇬🇧
When you film these conditions do you use any waterproofing equipment for the camera? Are you using a particular lens that makes the subject appear closer? My curiosity is twitching!
It was filmed 3 days ago. The new link bridge is definitely still there, but the weather conditions make it difficult to see,if you zoom in you can see it, obviously it was closed off for safety. 😊
