White Chocolate, Macadamia and Cranberry Cookies.
Makes 18 cookies.
1.5 cups / 200g Plain Flour
1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup / 60g White granulated sugar
1/2 cup / 100g Brown sugar
1/2 cup/ 119g Soft Salted Butter
1 large egg
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup / 70g Chopped Macadamias
1/2 cup 85g White Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup 70g Dried Cranberries
Method
As per Video.
Notes:
For a more crunchy cookie, Bake as shown.
Remove the cookies from the oven.
Preheat oven to 100c. Switch the oven off.
Place the cookies back inside and allow to sit in there for about 30 minutes.
