I don't think I realized growing up how open-minded and Progressive my mother was because she taught at an all black high school literally every single student was black and she taught there during and of course all the teachers except for one who was not a classroom teacher she was an art teacher who was actually my mother's teacher when she was in school and also and my mom taught they're the same your Doctor Martin Luther King was murdered and there were saying things like burn well then she told me this of course I was other than their backgrounds and so I'm just deeply deeply grateful that my mother was even wrote a book called perhaps in God's Lifetime by Maggie Helen Harries and she's absolutely incredible and like I said I thought every every but family was like mine growing up.

As funny as this set is, I do have an alternate theory: America is paradoxically both built on protest and hates it. We are fundamentally tribal. When our tribe is in power, we consider protestors an annoyance. Look at what we are seeing regarding protests in sports. A few years ago, we all looked at one black man taking a knee and complained that he should just comply with tradition. Now, we look at one white guy not wanting to wear a gay pride jersey and tell him he should just wear the jersey. In terms of the human experience, the psychology is the same: tribalism. The answer is to be aware of this part of our nature and resist the urge to follow the tribe without thinking for ourself.

It's where as a minority you explain how you are oppressed/marginalized/etc but at the same time you are using historical/external factors of discrimination you/your ancestors have experienced as a way of asserting your identity with pride. Only recently have I had people identify me as white (I’m mixed on both sides) but I’m not Super Bowl white. I think that is a good way to distinguish myself from actual white people.

Slavery was global for thousands of years. The British were the first to take a stand against it at the cost of thousands of lives. The Ottoman empire had white slaves for decades after slavery ended in America. The word itself was derived from 'slav', who were white. My own ancestors spent 400 years enslaved by the Roman Empire. It's an experience woven into everyone's family tree.

The Barbary slave trade enslaved whites, and in the "Arab slave trade", 90% of All African slaves went to the middle east. Look up what happened to them before they ever stepped foot off the boats. ⁠Whites were being stolen by blacks and sold to be enslaved for decades after whites made slavery illegal in America and all other majority-white nations. Just google the Barbary slave trade, where up to 1.25 million Europeans were enslaved by Barbary pirates - in North Africa for decades after whites made slavery illegal in their own lands. Anyone can look that up and see it is truth, but most do not want it known, why you may ask. These things are never spoken of in our schools, why? What does the narratives being pushed do to people? This is something that should not even have to be explained. Humanity has EVOLVED, that’s what we do, at least we use to. Never in the history of humanity has this had to be explained. This just shows how dumb-down the majority have become. If they truly hate slavery and wanted it to end it then the FACT that places in Africa and China lead the world in slavery NOW in 2022 would be taught to every child when learning about slavery, instead of the bits and pieces to fit the “narratives” they are pushing. This is just one more tool these elites have used to drive the ignorant and divide the masses. Many cannot even focus enough to read this correctly.
