Hi. Can you take a video of OLL,PLL fingertricks? I really like your algs in your website. However, some of your algs are not standard so l have trouble fingering them.... Please make a video about them!!

Honestly I never would’ve thought of avoiding a bad pair to find a better one. I always thought you should solve the first pair you see to avoid pauses. Also, I always use D moves for Pseudo, I’ve never tried r moves. Thanks for this video! Helpful.

I think avoiding bad pairs and trying to find better ones isn't always a good idea, especially if the bad pair isn't that bad. Definitely a balance to be had between doing the first thing you see and making smart pair choices. Glad you liked the video :)

4:20 you could do r U' r' U2 r U r' to avoid a rotation. also at 5:15 I know doing a y2 would make it easier to see what to do next, but wouldn't it be better to just do those pairs from the back to save an unnecessary rotation?

Are you able to predict pll when recognizing the oll case?(or just assuming to get a specific pll)

ROLL recognition Some oll algs are really easy to tell when the skip

@@fesh So more like predicting a skip than predicting pll. But of course its difficult to recognize, even with cmll cases which orient the last layer and permute the corners.😅
