Who is Cleveland Booker? Klingon? Synthetic? | Star Trek Discovery Theory

Who could Cleveland "Book" Booker be in the Star Trek Discovery season 3? Here are a few ideas of some possibilities. Is he one of the Picard synthetic's? Or maybe a Future Klingon? Or even one of the Gary Seven time travelling group?

Perhaps gene 'POOL' is the clue, when I think 'pool' I think of the great link! He could be a changling! Perhaps the anomoly showing up in the gene pool is him having a solid or semi solid form? Or perhaps he's what you get if a changling and a solid have a child together? Heck, he could even be a mixture of a few changlings, given the trill symbiosis story going on elsewhere it would balance up!... Or he's a disgraced semi mortal Q just to throw us all off! 😂

I love having just started watching this after starting season 4 and seeing that Book is just from a species that was pre-warp.

Thx dr-nerd! It was actually fun doing another episode and getting back into it. 😁 Btw with you being an audio guy, I got to ask how was the audio? I’m trying to balance voice and music levels better, and using some compressors/plugins... did it sound ok or too much?

Yeah that could really tie in nicely to all the time travel stuff, maybe they were one of the time 'factions' described in Enterprise which is why both Book and Gary Seven are so secretive....

With them going through the effort in the last season blending Discovery into Canon timeline, the last proposal you made with Gary makes sense and is extremely plausible. Also the synthetic is very very plausible as well because one of the key notes taken from a card is that the synthetics mostly come from data's quote unquote digital DNA. So the cat thing fits in very well there. But I'm going to lean more towards the questionable guy with the cat.

That would be so much fun if the Gary 7 stuff panned out. In general I would love if they tied more things back into the Original Series like that, and continued to build upon canon. Actually I have another fun idea for my next video about linking the Picard synthetics to another TOS episode.

It was definately cool to see although it breaks the logic of Calypso now with it being Discovery “A”... although maybe we saw a pre future jump Discovery in Calypso then? 🤔

I pick Gary Seven since they never brought his character back or made him into Daniels without the cat!
