"wow Oak Island" I have watch this since it began with season 1. My mom and I would watch it together, or if I couldn't get to her house that evening , i would call her on the phone and we would talk and watch oak island together over the phone. My mom passed away September of 2017, and I am still watching Oak Island, and will continue to watch it until it is off the air. Thank you Rick and Marty.
It's amazing how far back in history they have gone and all the different countries that have been on the island. Anyone that loves History will always find The Curse of Oak Island intriguing . I've watched this since the beginning. And love everyone on the cast.
"Wow, Oak Island" The historical finds have kept me coming back for more. Yes, the treasure would be great, especially historically speaking, but just finding objects dating to the 1300's to the 1600 and 1700's is truly amazing!
Even if no treasure is ever found, there was definitely a lot of activity on Oak island for hundreds of years and the BIG question is why? Historically, the artifacts, stone road, manmade swamp and the Templar cross are evidence of a very interesting history and help tell the story of the early inhabitants of the area. I wish them good luck on their quest and will continue to follow their successes and failures as the story unfolds.
Wow Oak Island. Love the show, have seen every episode and love the way the two brothers balance each other out. Rick is the dreamer, Marty the pragmatist. Great show.
Considering Marty’s other treasure hunting ventures it might be reasonable to assume there is little to be gained by finding any treasure on Oak island and in fact there is an element of making sure they avoid exploring the most likely spots, they have a large amount of data and I have the impression they do know where to look. The itger infirmation sites, like Dot to Dot and Oak island research, have put together a trove of written information and show the surprisingly close connections of past hunters to the island and the treasure maps, it is a link that ties together the families living on the island in the early 1700’s up to and including those of today , so this is not some long lost coincidence.
Wow oak island. Love the show. I've watching it from the beginning. I also read the story in readers digest many many years ago. Good luck to rich and marty.

Wow Oak Island. It was a big dream so far. Hope that one day there will be an infinite reality for this wild gold chase. May the truth be revealed and everybody get his share of happiness. Enjoy the hunt.
😂 😂 😂 I really thought that the name "Money Pit" is a local name for the treasure vault because so many people over such a long period of time throw cash into the island and the area where supposedly the treasure vault has been! How many cash did the people sink into the ground? And based on what? Local and "researchers" legends, but not a single one showed any kind of actual evidence for the majority of the claims, or almost all! The Templar? Really, who said so? They THINK it may be a connection there, they THINK it's a connection to Captain Kid and so on! The people think, they heard and they guess! But if the Brothers and the rest of the Team was able to get cash from the TV Show, why not! So if they have been able to get the TV Show to pay for the Show and their wages = 👍🏻
I have watched this from the beginning, love it, love treasure hunter shows. I said from the beginning, that I know Templars had something to do with it, but I believe others hid valuables there also, not just Templars. Templars buried all kinds of treasures all over the US, not just in Canada.
"wow Oak Island", had no idea where the money was coming from to fund this. Thank you for sharing. Marty's success as a business man is amazing. It would never have occurred to me that there was so much history on the island besides the treasure hunt. I think Rick must be having fun with that part. But finding some treasure would bring smiles all around too. One day if something is found, do you stop or keep going to see if there is more? Will the search ever be over? :)
Not my business who pays for it. I enjoy watching the program. I pay the cable company to be able to watch it on the television program. It's their business what they do or don't do regarding the money involved. I do hope they discover something really good "and" find all the answers to the questions that Mr. Lagina wants to know about.
Cannot stop to watch. There are many storylines to follow. One is the archeological thing around Samuel Ball - the other is the swamp - another one is the military use of this island maybe in some periods of time (maybe the tunnel system was used as a black-powder-storage once and a ship in the now swamp exploded by accident while handling this stuff?) - and at the end of course the treasure itself that, according to tests of the water in the drill-holes, should be holding silver in a "Gerhard´s truck load" ... who cannot be amazed or thrilled by all of this? :) looking forward to season 9.
People have commented on the mispronunciation of the Lagina brothers' name. That is because the video is narrated by a Voice Generator, not a human being. I don't know about you but - apart from the name Gina - the only word I know ending in "ina" is pronounced like that.
