omg flematti said he spoke to karen when he was transporting equipment from ambulance to the victims body, why are court tv and Alan Jackson defence being deceptive about this, court tv have freeze framed footage at 06:13:30 showing a person on ground performing CPR and karen to the right trying to infer how could flematti have spoken to karen. flematti said he spoke to karen as he was transporting equipment from the ambulance over to johns body not when he was conducting CPR, simple rewind the dashcam, you will see karen enter frame from left at 06:13:22, so she is actually off screen out of view as the paramedics including flematti are moving from ambulance to body. if you watch the footage (in court unfortunately the camera man has to pan up as they already hit play), i noticed the time at 06:13:11, i hit my stopwatch to record time we missed when they hit play and camera man panned over to monitor, we lost about 7 seconds, so we can say at 06:13:04 until 06:13:22 karen is out of frame to the left with paramedics arriving and moving equipment over to the body, why doesn't Alan Jackson play dashcam before the earliest screen time we can see which is actually 06:12:58 before judge bev stops for sidebar. in other words flemattis conversation happened with karen like he said but its off camera to the left, we know this because we see karen enter frame from left at 06:13:22 . the earliest screen time we see in court is 06:12:58 before judge interrupts everything, so that's 24 seconds enough time for karen and flematti to have a quick conversation, before karen enters screen from left and paramedics are also off to the left of screen before attending to john. so do we have that dashcam footage from before even 06:12:58 ?

I'm surprised that a thick red plastic tail light cover would crack and break up on bumping into a soft tissue human body....maybe some hard type material I can see that....😮

i feel sorry for his parents its awful the investigation was sloppy jennifer says karens tail light is cracked . no one saw the tail light then they say they saw it weeks later come on and the cop said to emts it looks like he was in a fight didnt see john how would he know the cop went into that house never recored the interviews never got a warrant to check that house its crazy blood evidence prob out blood and snow ie water is gonna be degraded. who doesnt seperate witnesses are these 3 cops incomptence apt afterwards they got rid of the concertre slab and sold the house for lower price as well as get rid of the dog its crazy they fecked up the evidence and this is a fellow cop that died unbelieveable. his parents listen to the sloppy investigation everyday. they pass over the investigation to a state trooper thats friends wi the albert family le knew they wernt to investigate the case they did it anyways and fecked up everything. i cant see how they can find her gulity. so far the poss has hot air no evidence so far.

It’s important to see their eyes when they testify. The eyes tell the whole story. A person can talk and lie but the eyes never lie. If I’m serving on a jury….I want to see the face of the witnesses as they testify. That is very important.

The state alleges that is the reason for right side tail light damage to Karen’s suv. I don’t know why this person is talking as if they witnessed what occurred to suggest a “wrong” side.

They don’t have any evidence. They had an investigation and nothing significant was found.

It’s probably one of three things; being saved for later in the trial due to legal strategy. The fbi doesn’t have any evidence that is as strong than what police or defense already has. Or because of a legal technicality, it was determined not to be admissible in court.

Did you listen to their testimony as to why they made the decisions they did? Nobody knew how it would turn out. I’m 100 percent certain no cop in Canton will use solo cups or a knock off evidence bag again. Hindsight is 20/20. Yes, the optics are bad but nothing is black and white. The jury will have to consider and decide as to their testimonies ultimately.

The citizens went to the city council and voted on a motion to audit the Canton PD because of this. The vote passed.

That’s what I was thinking. She may not have realized he was back there. Driving, reversing, etc….is a bit different when there is snow on the ground. Proctor has no oversight - what he says happened - happened. Nobody is looking into the Alberts because Brian and Kevin Albert are both cops. They protect one another ALWAYS. Can't deny the rampant police corruption in Boston. State Trooper Proctor is under investigation for impropriety AT THIS VERY MOMENT because of Karen Read's mishandled investigation.
