I do absolutely not agree with Azula being that low on that list. She constantly won every fight, but the last against Katara. And after she regained her mental stability in the comics, she was nearly unstoppable again. She outdid Toph, Aang, Zuko over and over. She is also one of the most intelligent being in this universe

By all accounts Zuko and Azula had a lot more potential than their predecessors, explicitly due to Rokus blood Some have even debated that they are already similar to them in the comics. As for "Kamuricage Azula",she wasn't actually more powerful than Zuko,their fire clash was completely evenly matched,as well as their fire dagger clashes,she simply kicked him down cause she was more agressive. That says nothing about firebending power. I will straight up assume the Zuko we see in the picture were the Gaang are full grown adults(were Aang has the beard etc) in their 30s is considerably more powerful than his father. Azula should still have more potential than Zuko Overall if you think about it the bloodline seemed to get stronger over time. Azulon has more accolades than Sozin. Ozai is stated as more powerful than the firebenders in the show and was also stated as the strongest ever, putting him above Iroh,Sozin and Azulon. My scale would be Prime Azula>=Prime Zuko>>Ozai>~Iroh>Azulon>Sozin>>Teenager Azula and Teenager Zuko Make no mistake on Zuko. Zukos firebending was atleast equal to Aangs. Why is that important? Cause Aang could occasionally use firebending to hold back Ozais attacks,even if he was getting overpowered This is consistent with how Zuko dealt with Ozais lightning,he was definetly overpowered and pushed to the other side of the room but he was able to deal with it and redirect it,his struggle with it compared to Azula lightning shows that is an indicator of power comparison. So End of Book 3 Zuko should be capable of somewhat holding his own and trading a few blows with Ozai for a LITTLE while. Then he explicitly got considerably stronger in the comics. We know that benders typically reach their prime in their middle years(30s-50s). Safe to say the near 6'2 prime Zuko should be insanely powerful and stronger than his father and uncle. As a 90year old(and we know Roku had problems at 70) he was clearly a small shadow of what he was,he was able to hold his own against Ghazan in the cold(which heavily weakens firebenders to the point of being oneshotted). These benders are stated to immensely powerful Zuko always had the power within him,but it was blocked by his mental state till Book 3. He was a very late bloomer while Azula was a very early bloomer but their potential and inner power is about the same

Ozai is the strongest fire bender period. At least thats what the creators said!

Azula beats Zuko easily, as the comics have showcased, she is either 2nd or 3rd. Azula is consistently amongst the best HTH combatants (2v1ing Suki and Ty lee in a melee exchange and coming out on top, fighting a spirit version of ty lee in the spirit temple and easily dispatching it. off-screen beating Suki in a 1v1 in book 2, beating Zuko's fire daggers with no bending in her very first fight...) She is the most varied lightning bender, with instants lightning, lightning orbs, using lightning to blind people and creating spheres of lightning with her hands, along with now knowing lightning redirection. She stomps Zuko as has been shown post smoke and shadow. A theoretical Prime Azula surpasses Ozai but speaking in terms of actual feats... Azula quite literally is 2nd or 3rd. you can debate her or Iroh, Iroh doesn't have instant lightning or lightning spheres nor any of the other applications Azula has used in the post series material. Iroh is strong but Azula is no slouch in melee/HTH combat as mentioned earlier.

And don't forget the strongest ghost in danny phantom

I'd have to think that without the idea of power being stockpiled upon each avatar, Wan to this day would still be the most powerful as he spent basically 50 years straight in a war with humans and spirits and literally fought till the day he died. You have to be a complete master by that point.

What I find most interesting about the original Avatar show was the fact that the original benders were animals. As a matter of fact theyre even more powerful than the human characters yet they usually mind their own business. Really shows how the show related to real life how wild animals should be respected and not tampered with. Ive literally seen a huge strong bodybuilder struggle a tug o war with a tiger. Wild animals dont play man.

This should be a showdown between ozai and Iroh. Zuko and Azula are great but compare to the fire lord and the dragon of the West it's no competition. As for who would win between Ozai and Iroh that's a tough question even Iroh thinks he doesn't know if he can beat Ozai.

As much as I love jeong jeong I think that both mako and general iroh should be above him, mako was literally self taught most of his life and only learnt a little from zolt, we also know that he is a master of lightning redirection as we saw him redirect the lightning and electricity from the mecha tank cable while still being electrocuted, and also is the single non avatar to ever resist even slightly the effects of blood bending and with that minimal mobility he had he managed to produce lightning which is probably the 2nd most impressive use of lightnings bending in the franchise under ozai super fast lightning with the eclipse just ending, and the fact he managed to keep his lightning steady while suffering from spirit powered electricity And also you got his brother name wrong his brother is bolin, ahsuk is a really week waterbender that was with them on the fire ferrets

You’re also telling me that a shitty sage that barely fire bends and is easily captured is better than an entire warrior race that lives among the original masters of the element. 🤨 And what did you call Bolin?? Yes, I tried giving it a bit of a chance and skimmed through a few spots. Zuko is the most powerful currently . Hear me out 1 he was able to redirect lightning at not only ozai but could have done it to azula as well. Both of them as far as we all know can’t redirect lightning. 2 in the final agni kai Zuko incorporated all of the elements in his fire bending it was like dancing to him. Mako's firebending is honestly a disgrace, and the notion that he is somehow better than ANY of the named characters in this list is laughable AT BEST. Dude could barely 1v1 a LONE Kuvira guard. You know, FODDER. I agree with Iroh and Ozai being #2 and #1, respectively, but I think Sozin would be #3. That fire plume was gigantic, and Roku relied on earth- and airbending to defeat Sozin, seemingly not wanting to battle fire to fire.

My man DanCo actually took my recommendation from the last video and did an avatar video. My man! Thanks DanCo! Few disagreements for me though. 1) I think Combustion Man should be above Mako, Iroh II and definitely Azulon (due to lack of feats). CM was making multi city block level blasts that were going through toph and katara’s defences, which shows way more power and combat ability than any of those 3 2) P’Li, Combustion Man, Jeong Jeong, Azula and definitely Zuko (happy to see you put Zuko above Azula) should all be above the Avatars (unless we consider the avatar state) and Sozin due to comparable feats of power and scale, but way better feats of combat ability and skill. 3) Iroh and Ozai should be above the dragons as weaker firebenders killed dragons for sport, so it should stand to reason that 2 Grandmaster level firebenders can take the dragons.
