Your channel got me into spice wars and age of empires. You have a great community on your discord and I always look forward to your content. But even more than that, I think you set a great example of how to be the type of gamer people enjoy playing with. Keep up the amazing work!

I've been grinding Harkonnen ever since the patch dropped. Their military is in a very good place right now. Stealth and Armor are also much more important now. Red Fluid is bugged, sadly. - Nerfing Brainwashed Agents spawn rate also nerfed Pietr de Vries, sadly, so he is no longer good. Feyd is still great and Corruption only costs 20 Intel now. The slaver advisor is amazing, oppressing a freshly conquered territory refunds 10 of 20 Manpower used and the Oppression lasts just enough to build the first two buildings in short order. - Harkonnen only gets the second Armory upgrade in the last Military tier, so getting the first upgrade is for clearing villages. - Both Heroes are in fact very good. Rabban obviously boosts your entire economy, which is a big selling point. His problem is that you need a big horde with him under the powerful drug buff he has. It buffs not only the horde but Rabban himself. The problem I mentioned is that without this buff Rabban is useless. The other guy refunds half price on units when they die, which in practical terms lets you build Cerberus for 15 Manpower, which is cheaper than Suboids. He also boosts attack speed per each operation you drop on the region, which is a massive DPS boost. He also becomes automatically stronger as units die and has a self-heal. So you want Rabban if you are defensive, but if you want to attack enemy bases, Nafud is better in every way. Rabban has hilarious voice lines though :D - I like Scar Armor first and Morbid Climax later for Troopers. It makes them take initial damage very fast but finishing them is a tall order. This also maximises their damage bonus. - Demolishers get Heavy Load and Blood Thinner. Blood Thinner in practical terms makes Demolishers do a lot more damage but makes them more fragile, but if they ever get into melee they die anyway so boosting DPS is more important. - Cerberus got massive buffs. The bleed they do is a lot of DPS so you cannot really kite them. Cerberus also move faster near enemies, which again confirms they anti-kite role they have. Stealth only breaks when you attack. So I like Stealth Armor + Solacca Injector. Then I put them in a control group and attack the enemy gunline. Its very satisfying. The other thing Cerberus shine at is dying to buff Executioners. - Executioners need Meat Armor + Hibernation Armor. When any unit dies, Executioners get a damage buff token. With Meat Armor, they remove these tokens to auto-heal. That healing can be thousands of HP points in big battles. Hibernation Armor gives them +10 armor when they have no tokens, which is the same armor Harvesters get. That means they stay alive until someone else dies and gives a token. 2-3 Executioners and a swarm of Cerberus is how you kill bases now. - Stealth Drones have a very powerful -2 armor debuff aura and the melee explosion build does cost batteries, but the explosion is worth it. - Harpies now have a big AoE attack that does more damage to units with low health, just like Deathmaster Sniktch. Harpies take some micro because they need to hide behind your melee line, but its not a bad unit.

that aggressive fremen play, love it. fremen has outstanding military, especially early and midgame. fremen will be outscaled economically eventually, so taking advantage of the rly strong military is the right way to do it. strong micro/apm, wish i had these. @turin thx for organizing and casting those events, very fun and well done.

Hi Turin, cool video! I see that you sometimes have to do math to see who has the most votes in the Landsraad (votes + influence) and you can actually see it pretty easily. Each faction had a yellow bar underneath it indicating their amount of votes (yellow = votes, darker yellow = with influence) Hope this helps you a little!

stock capping is actually the better thing to do he didn't make a mistake it auto sells everything over cap. Daevohk one of the few people Ive seen actually utilize this mechanic properly so he never had to worry about making tax.

Also the other platform that begins with a T (which is a no no word in comments) has a full screen URL so if you get people to stream to that it can solve the resolution issue. need to look into multi T....edit test

I really like the treaty building early for Harks choam win. Having high Landsraad is important for the choam buy price reduction. Plus if you can squeeze a trade deal out of anyone it's a real bonus.

Man, if you had a proper spectator mode, you would be such an awesome caster. I remember when I got into starcraft2 but I sucked ass, then I found a streamer/youtuber who commentated on pro and noob matches. I have learnt so much but in the same time I started to watch him more than actually playing the game cause it was such a blast. Anyway, I'm getting the same vibes from your vids, you are making such a good content for this game. My only wish is that you showing the stream chat in the vods for the pleb yt watchers like me, and not skipping on the damn landsraad vote results lol.

I got it. To give Vernius something else, and for a fun new victory condition: I would love some kind of science victory based off of terrforming the planet or maybe (SPOILERS MakingAWormPerson... SPOILER) Some kind of Civ 6 type thing where you have to research a bunch of shit, have a certain amount of territory, build some specific buildings all over the place, and then....I dunno complete some events? Maybe when you've built like 2 of the 5 buildings, that take a while to build, when you start the 3rd, you pop up in the corner as a growing threat. Then, I dunno, add a new resource or two. Just commenting for the glorious algorithim.

I noticed u almost always expand along the edge before taking more than 1 or 2 provinces toward the center. Why? I'm new and trying to get better at dune. Great content btw big fan.

i got excited for this game only to find out it isnt a true rts. I played dune and dune 2000 growing up was hoping this was similar
