I don't disagree, Bold Ruler was a major influence in US TB blood. Because you brought her up, Terlingua's dam Crimson Saint was a pretty nice race filly herself 11 starts 7 wins all Stakes races '71-'73). (Bolero[Spy Song]/Crimson Satan[Eight Thirty] breeding). Terlingua wasn't a fluke she was bred, top and bottom, to be what she was, or what she could've been. Good Luck at the races.

@@captaincontent3343 Nest has won 3 grade 1’s this year and second in the Oaks and Belmont. She wins BC Classic she gets HOY because she would have to beat Flightline to do it. His career has been amazing but his races have been spaced out she has went through a very active campaign .

@@captaincontent3343 if it wasn’t for a rough start she might have took the Belmont. Epicenter is definitely not too much for her, nor Life is Good. Flightline at his best probably too much for any of them.

Flightline has won 3 grade 1’s also. Nest would get smoked running against a brilliant horse like Flightline. And if she even had a chance she would be entered in the BCC . But she’s not.

I like Rich Strick glad he won the KY Derby but has only won at Churchchill Downs twice no wins outside of Churchchill Downs have concerns maybe a horse for the course perhaps he likes the track at Churchchill & not else where good luck with any picks you choose.

My opinion, she’ll run in the Distaff, which she likely will win. Next year, if she continues to improve, I imagine she’ll be in many of our big races. I just don’t think he’ll put her against Flightline, Epicenter, & Life is Good. But Todd Pletcher does think outside the box. So, I won’t be surprised! Lol’

You are correct he will be on the lead in the Classic and get ran down. Flightline would be the better bet expecially if he shows he can win with his speed in the Pacific Classic out west.

Flightline has the speed and stamina to run wire to wire and win by double digits!! All them other horses that are mentioned here have all lost . Flightline is the now horse period
