Get The Ultimate Ninja Creami Experience with Kathy Hester for more whole food plant-based recipes, videos, how-tos, tips, troubleshooting, and more! Read all the details here: kathyhester.thrivecart.com/ni...
It combines tons of videos, an ebook with over 30 recipes plus color photos for each, with 2 live events thrown in for good measure!
This homemade vegan dole whip is going to blow your mind! Only 1 to 2 ingredients and you can use fresh, frozen, or canned pineapple.
I'm making this in my Ninja Creami, but you can use a Yoanana or food processor with frozen pineapple, but it won't be as creami.
If you are using fresh pineapple, cut it on a cutting board that has a gutter so you can catch all those good juices leaking out to use in your no added sugar pineapple sorbet!
You can even just dump a can of crushed pineapple with juice into a Creami pint, just don't go over the max fill line.
Freeze 24 hours and spin on the sorbet or smoothie bowl setting and enjoy the creamiest pineapple dole whip you've ever had. So much healthier and tastier than the one you get at Disney!

Thank you for your videos. Based on your pineapple recipe and your banana recipe, I made my first plant-based ice cream and loved it. Piña Colada Ice Cream (no dairy) 1 can coconut cream (unsweetened) (13.6 oz) 1 can coconut milk (13.5 oz) 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk (13.5 oz) 1 can Dole crushed pineapple in pineapple juice (20 oz) 4 Tbs sweetened coconut flakes 1 Tbs spiced rum 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp rum extract 1/4 tsp coconut extract 1 banana (chunks) Blend ingredients in blender (I used a 72oz Ninja blender) Makes 4 pints

You don’t need to scrape that tiny humps at all. Only if the hump is like half an inch big, even then, my machine handles the small humps just fine as the blade is set to wobble a tiny bit

Hi Kathy, saw you on Chef AJ. enjoyed the show a lot. What is the best nut milk to use for this? I do not want to use canned coconut milk, the one that is canned full fat but would be ok with coconut milk unsweetened. I asked to join the private group on FB also. Not in yet. :( Thank you for your videos and info and also thanks to Chef AJ for all you do.

Looks amazing! How would you compare this appliance to another blender appliance like the Ninja Nutri blender or other blender? Would the "ice cream" come out less creamy in the other types of blenders?

@KathyHesterVeganRecipes
@KathyHesterVeganRecipes Год назад
Honestly, I do. If you like scoopable ice cream over soft serve it's a big improvement. I also like that I can prep several of the pints at the beginning of the week and just spin when I want a treat.

Any research been done on microplastics ending up in the ice cream after the spin. I imagine some high speed friction scratching off some plastic from inner wall of container. Let me know if you have info. Thanks
@hypnosisforhappiness
@hypnosisforhappiness 5 дней назад
There is no friction between the blade and the plastic sides. That's why a thin "ice wall" forms inside the container, because the blade is designed not to reach the sides of the pint. The only time you will end up with plastic in your ice-cream is if you throw the blade off course by spinning non-level ice-cream.

They are pint containers. The bonus is that you can make different flavors and everyone can have their favorite!
@denagustafson6070
@denagustafson6070 Год назад
You might want to purchase the new Creami Deluxe with 1.5 times the capacity if you’re feeding a large family. But, if/when the original goes on sale, as I strongly suspect, you can make two pints and have multiple flavors. Either way, you can’t go wrong. It’s a time, money and health boon!

great video i love walt disney dole whip! and want to make it with fresh pineapple and not that can pineapple stuff. Found you from watching chef AJ. Is the ninja creami 10 times better than if I were to use the vitamix or blendtec? because this vitamix reviewer said the vitamix does the same thing as the ninja creami.
@CrimFerret
@CrimFerret Год назад
While Vitamix is a heck of a blender, there is no way it does what the the Creami does. The blade is always at the bottom. There'd be no way to get the same result. I have the former. For smoothies and whole fruit fruit juices, it's great. It would work well in concert with the Creami actually. Use it to process the fruit and then freeze in a Creami container to end up with sorbet or gellato. That said, the Creami is a one trick appliance. It power shaves a frozen block of whatever is in the container to a smooth consistency. That's it. There are kitchen appliances far higher on my list than a Creami though I expect I'd use one if I had it.
