Hello i had a question for anybody willing to answer. I have a property that i will be getting under contract and will be closing soon, i would like to know if i need a attorney to get the property under contract or if i could fill out the purchase and sales agreement and then send and assign it to my Cash Buyer and have them use their attorney to close on the deal. Im guessing that shouldnt be a problem since there will still be an attorney taking on the closing, I would just like to know if i should hire an attorney or if i could get away with just sending the contract to my cash buyer and having them handle all of that. I will be closing in New York aswell.
