Damn this is wild to see covered. This fruit, allegedly, is native to my Brazilian region, Pará. In its hometown, we do have ice cream and other products with açaí but it's more common here to eat the extract of the fruit by itself, with no sugar (think of a texture that is almost cream but still watery) as a dessert or most of the time with fish, beef jerky or really anything. When it got to other regions and, eventually exported, people started putting sugar then Chantilly and other things that really deviated from the og product. We do have kind of a hate on this thing but... We do eat it with a lot of things also so... hypocrisy. So yeah. ÉGUA, ESSE VIDEO FOI PAIDEGUA
@@KameraJunior Égua is a throwaway, all purpose word. Rough translation means 'mare' but after years, the word became the unofficial Pará slang. It really is like "damn". Paidegua or better, Pai D'Égua is a variation of the former to express something really good. So: Damn, this video was damn good Thanks for asking man
First of all, you need to pronounce açaí the correct way. 2nd, fresh açaí berries are not available in any markets. However you can buy the frozen zero Sugar açaí and make them at home. You need a blender with a tamper though.
