Why a £1500 Citroen C4 "By Loeb" is a very cheap and tunable track car... 

I've got a c4 loeb only the 1.6 16v 110bhp car owned it 3 years and love it been a brilliant car

Purchased a C4 VTS last year absolutely love it. EW10J4S catcams, decat, filter, redline lifted to 7700 and remap pushing 203bhp from an NA is pretty good. Turbo is next 🎉

I never realised how awesome these little cars were, definitely one to consider. Look forward to seeing any other cars you suggest.

I have a C4 2.0 16V, 148 HP, Year 2008 - 250 000Km full option; I definitely love it. This car is very confortable, safe and reliable. It never had a breakdown, just standard maintenance. On the other hand, the new 3-cylinder THP engines are very efficient but very fragile because they have design flaws. Several times, I told myself that I had to replace it with a more modern car. I didn't do it and I don't regret it when I see the price and the lack of reliability of the most recent models, whatever the brand. Ok, I don't have a reversing camera and screens aren't in color but my old friend won't betray me if I take care of her and I made her profitable a long time ago... It gives me satisfaction both on mountain roads and on motorways with very healthy behavior.

In Brazil there is the C4 vtr imported from France 2.0 aspirated petrol 16v 143bhp + 141ft lbs I have one.

I have C4 Loeb black edition. Engine and turbo blew up after 140 000 kilometres. New engine and after that timing chain streched after 40 000 km. A lot of money goes for repairs.

Good video 👍, thanks. I've just bought a c4 loeb 110. I've bought it as a future classic, not many 'under the radar' cars that sneak about without scene tax now. I wanted Jap or quirky, went for quirky - probably cost me more in bills but will at least be fairly original. Your vid though has convinced me to have a fiddle with exhaust etc & try to acheive stage 1-2 for a better experience. Cheers & all best, keep up the good content.

I own the C4 VTS 2.0 180 hp of 2006 The only thing I reproach of this car is the gear box ... a 100 km/h the revs are in 3.1 or 3.2 , with a six march, less noise engine, lees consumer fuel, probably longer life engine ...I don´t need more...I don´t care about park assitant, driver´s assistan, apple or android audio car etc. if do you have any information about how to do swap of gear box, please let me know Thanks and greetings

Hello. At 5:30 you've mentioned a set of cams for the 1.6 16v? And that you think it would jump to 160bhp? Thats rather amazing and exciting. I've owned my c4 coupe 1.6 16v 2006 for 5 years and it served me so well. Ive put a fair feew pounds on it in the years. New starter new alternator cambelt front and rear shocks and springs. It drives well but just lack on power a bit. Could you please explain a bit how and where to get these different cams? I would be so interested on doing a little project. Thank you ever so much. C4❤
