I live In the UK so I know, Mini used to be a full British brand now German. The BMW dealership has minis so also owned by Germans and the i8 has a mini engine too. All the mini engines now are made by BMW but its cheap because the brand is British. So basically the brand and logo is British but the engine in German (sorry for the long explanation)

Think about it all you want but the engine is German but the brand is British, so when you are buying a mini it would be cheaper than other cars (to insure in its price range, in the uk cuz its a British Brand) I consider it British for that reason alone

Mini is German now, but the union jacks pay homage to its british roots where it was owned by british leyland or bmc if I'm not mistaken.. it was sold under the name austin cooper and morris minor mini(where mini got its name", that's why it has british flags all over them up to this day

That Chevelle was awesome! (And Minis are originally British: Austin) 4:39 MY GODDAMN EARS! GOD! I know why I crushed that one Lambo once. Still, as soon as I've saved 121.000€ (around 140.000$ I believe), I'd be able to get a used 2002 Murci as well. LP-580, manual, grey... well, I don't like grey. But the wheels look awesome. I'll give it a shot someday.
