Same here. I was only 18 when I met my ex, he was 23 going on 19 years old and content with staying there. It didn’t take long before I realized I was married to a little kid in a grown man’s body.

A lot of older men are set in their ways, and done trying to achieve more. Especially if they recovered from divorce, lost money and a home. These type of men stop trying for more. They can be ok making 60k, renting a room, or moving in with a woman. And God knows there are too many men out there like this. Ladies you are better off alone then be with one of these broken men.

Better not to date Sir! My ex fiancée is 34 years old who is now living with his father and just started his new career a few months we dated. Since I love him, I accept him who he is and pushed him to be a better person in better position. All I got is resentment and insecurity from him and accused me of being in love with his potential, not him right now. Well, who wants unstable man out there? Btw, I was the reason he could put his foot into the door of that career! Since I own the house, he could live comfortably with me. But no appreciation I felt :( No!!! Man needs stability first before they date or otherwise, he will destroy that woman life and stability 😢

I had to say goodbye to a man I truly loved. He was pending divorce for over a year and forming new female friendships that had definite crossing of boundaries. His potential was there but I cannot postpone my happiness and peace of mind

This video has been eye opening. I recently entered into a situation with a man who I met 6 months ago while he was a part of the crew working on my home. Long story short the business didn’t pan out causing him to have to look into other employment opportunities. However, we had gotten to know one another during that 6 month process and he fell in love with me. Said it was because he had an all access pass to the woman I am while working on my home. I do believe his intentions are genuine. However, he’s in a transition stage in life as far as his employment. I’m not wanting to write him off completely because everything else besides the job status is amazing. He said he’s prayed and feels I’m his wife. But he understands my hesitation and is okay to allow me to pull back until he gets it together because he knows for sure I’m the one! I am 41yrs old. Established. Not sure of if I should give him a chance or not. No man I’ve ever know has possessed the qualities he has, nor have they ever been as intentional as he is. I’m so torn after watching this. 😬

I get this, sis. Thing is… you can be his friend and encourage him toward better. You don’t have to be his woman to do that. If he truly wants and loves you, if he’s the one truly sent by God, then he will do what he needs to do to secure you properly. He’ll know what he should do to secure your heart because God does.

I’m going through this exact situation and I’ve decided to end things until he gets through his transitional period. I’ve hung in there long enough and it is now out of my hands. I’ll try to be his friend and encourage him and if he can’t accept that then he’s not for me. If it’s meant to be, it’ll happen.

Can you please speak on how men are in this position in society due to their lack of sacrifice and their desire for instant sexual gratification and unwillingness to give safety and security even to the ppl they marry hence the divorce rate most of us are still single because guys refuse to heal from their traumas, make sacrifices to get to their vision and create these broken toxic family dynamics

Blessings to you that's all it could be Bs because as far as I'm concerned for what I have learned in my life you have some men who are established very well put together and then you could have a woman who works that does not have that type of income it's not all about the money and the materialistic things we have to face reality for what it is love can move mountains rather have somebody who loves me to take care of me as a wife i can I take care of him as a husband God is first and foremost and I think that's the problem in the world today nobody puts God first a family that prays together stays together the devil don't want to see nobody happy once you let the Lord lead your relationship he will lead you in the past of righteousness there will always be a happy home ❤

What about he’s had potential all along but wouldn’t go at it, you push them and they finally show it. But sadly after that they begin to change and act like they’re better than you and start blaming you for holding them back and one day realize he needed to think for himself to act on his potential. Even we were the reason to help get him to where he is

Stephan, when I am trying to communicate with my husband and I'm trying to explain how the things he has done or not done affected me and my behavior (example: if a woman isn't being submissive that can be a lack of trust for many different reasons as you've explained in your videos, or the lack respect can affect the woman in the bedroom) and he replies with, "so, you're saying it's my fault??" Nobody makes you do this, nobody makes you do that, you're not taking responsibility for your actions and you just blame me for everything, etc., when I constantly say when I'm trying to explain things, I take full responsibility for my actions, and I'm sorry for this and that...how can you communicate these things that you are explaining of how I have been affected by the areas that he needs to work on so that our marriage can be better?

@@Heyu7her3 I believe we need like a really really good therapist like Stefan someone who is an expert that we both connect with that we both trust and respect. Somebody just like Stephan. We have a really really rare complicated situation and we are both complicated people but my husband is a very complicated narcissist I think or just has a lot of narcissistic tendencies when things don't go his way and he's hurt, or disappointed , or need and expectations aren't met, or something like that which is a narcissistic characteristic. But other than that, he's a really really good Christian man

We’re in big trouble when we base our decisions on money. Money doesn’t come from God. This seems contradictory to basing your decisions on what God tells you. Money is man made, & I’m not referring to precious metals. But, at the end of the day, you’re basing this potential on income, which is the root of an illusion & not faith based.
