Those tips mentioned in this video are really great and accurate. I have actually gone through those interviews and I simply said about how Apple’s top standard services impressed me, then I connected my impression about Apple Retail with my previous work experience in customer services. Told the interviewers that why I wanted to work with Apple and how I think that the company could support and encourage me to use my strength to help other people, not limited to customers but also co-workers, family members and friends around me, it’s kind of like the “life affects life” stuff. Also, saying Apple is a company that encourages staff to constant learning, to be versatile. So, that is why Apple😄 To summarise a bit, try your best to connect yourself, maybe in terms of your strength, to the culture and values of the company.

Ben… thank you so much for this video and help. I just passed my stage 1 interview for Apple with flying colours! The answer I gave to ‘Why Apple?’ Was given a 10 out of 10 and was told it was a perfect answer. So a big thanks for that. The questions asked I was told to give answers as examples of when I had done these things, not in general, it’s important that people answer that way. I was asked: Why Apple Can I give an example of a time I went over and above for a customer How have I dealt with a situation that I had little or no knowledge of Can I give an example of when I had to learn a piece of tech quickly and how I did that. I was also told the S.T.A.R method is a fantastic way to answer questions and if you stick to that you will nail all your answers. Great video, thank you for giving me the confidence I needed when going into the interview. 💪🏻

Excellent video Ben! This is literally the advice that I have been searching for. I'm retiring as a recruiter for the Army in a few months and I'm looking for an amazing company that I can stand behind and advocate for. Do you think it is detrimental to not be a long time Apple user? I do use an IPhone for my job as an Army recruiter. I am passionate about recruiting and talent management though.

I've been a contractor couple of times but now searching for perm within. I have to say the interview process is lengthy. 5-10 people panel interview if you make it to the final stages. I got denied and still applying lol. It's draining but I won't give up

I thoroughly enjoyed the interview. They gave us three questions and we each all answered them with me going first.

@@tonyrigatoni4573 I was extremely nervous because I have never done a virtual interview with video before. I thought I did bad (my girlfriend was in the next room and told me I did great lol). Manager said I would know if I will be moving on with Apple or if they decide to move on with other candidates within 24-48 hours. An hour later I got an email saying they’re moving on with me. I have one final interview (3/3) on the 1st.

@@tonyrigatoni4573 Tips.. pretty much just be yourself and honest. I took some tips from this video to help me out. Try to put smart words into your sentences like “passionate” or “beneficial”. Don’t stress to much.. it was supposed to be a group interview but I suppose I was the only one in there so I’m not sure how it’ll go with you if you’re put into a group.

Usually, you're given a maximum time limit of 2-5 minutes to answer each question. Does the extent of the time you speak have an impact? Instead of only speaking about passion for apple products or about my career path or cultural values, what if I speak on all the three? Would it make any difference to the recruiter?

I would just say you don’t want it to be too long or too short. 60 to 180 seconds. That’s a good length.

after passing three interviews with apple, I got a call that i passed the interview but a week or two I got an email asked to be on hold till suitable position available n been 12 month they didn't call back… any suggestion ?

Behavioral interview is basically a test of how well you can BS without being called out. Pretty much no one believes the words that come out of their own mouth but they still spew it.
