Why are everyone doing a low buy year? 

I AM DOING THIS. Only cus i'm currently unemployed and cant afford to buy anything except the essentials that I need to survive. LOL

I saw one of your vids and I said I’d do this… and then I splurged on hair products earlier this month 🫠 But I kept in mind that I wanted to make good quality purchases now to avoid multiple purchases in the future and creating more clutter at home. My goal rn is to grow out my hair so I didn’t want multiple styling tools and I’m learning how to take care of my hair properly 🙃

The issue of ordering 20 items of clothing to make the video and returning is something that continues to be done now, in fact they do it many times on channels where they talk about low purchases. These channels use the excuse of: it is to give you my opinion but the opinion of how much you like something is not valid for me if you have not used it for a while and you have seen how the product ages a little, and you also use the clothes and shoes. 2 weeks to take a lot of photos and content and then return it? It doesn't seem right to me, either the store has to lose money or a person is going to buy a used item. I admit that I am openly against this behavior

It's all very easy saying you're gonna do a low buy year in January, but let's see how everybody's willpower is like when the summer lines hit the stores. Majority won't keep it up just like giving up alcohol or joining a gym in January I'll still be buying shit too 😂, but as before, only buying things that I've thought about for at least a month.
