Thank goodness! I almost bought a new grill without trying to fix it. Changed the battery. I didn’t know there was one. That didn’t work, but now I’m moving onto the next fix.

thanks so much! this instantly answered my question! i thought they were some kind of structural brace between the burners. i just replaced the burners and one wasn’t lighting but i put an old one between the burners and presto! i just ordered three replacement ones

I just changed the tank on my two burner grill and both ignite for a short time then go out. It worked great b4 the new tank. Any suggestions.

Hi! My grill has 5 burners. burner #2 doesn’t light up. #1 and #3 both function normally, so I suppose the carry over tubes are fine. Any idea what might be the problem?

Hi! Can you tell if each burner lights individually? In other words, is there a clicking noise when you turn on each knob? If so, most likely the knob for number two has a malfunction with the ignition

Hi Grill Girl. Thank you for the informative videos. We have a three burner grill. Tonight when I lit it the grill made a loud poof sound and the burner on the right made a continuous loud hum. It was scary, so I shut it down. Do you know what caused the noise? Thank you!

Hi! The burners can make that kind of "poof" sound when they light, especially if it takes a couple seconds to light them. I would try again tonight, but instead of using your ignition system in the grill, use a long-handled lighter. Hold the lit lighter right next to the burner when you turn it on (so it lights right away) and see if it makes less noise lighting. If that doesn't help, it could be a sound made from an obstruction in the valve of that burner. You can always give us a call to troubleshoot more! 678-272-2451. Hope this helps!
