In this video I will show you why traditional blocks don´t work when applied against an opponent who knows how to punch fast.
My partner is a black belt in multiple martial arts and one of the quickest people I know and even he had no chance to block any of my punches.
I even went so far as to count to three before I punched.
The reason is easy to understand and illuminating when applied in martial arts classes.
